Crystal Hoeveler

This is an excellent dental office. I needed a new dentist and Im so happy I found Dr. Jennifer Ward (at Pichler-Ward dentistry Carkeek Park). I had my first dental work with her yesterday and she did a wonderful job. Shes very gentle and makes you feel at ease in the chair. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Its a beautiful office; very clean and comfortable with a nice waiting area.

Due to an emergency at work. Had to call the day before to cancel my appointment. Was informed a $50 charge would be added to my account for not giving 48 hours notice. However twice they have cancel or had to reschedule my appointment the day of. I wasnt given a $50 credit on my account on either occasion. Fair is fair I will be seeking another Dentist office.
