I want to take the time to commend Dr. Patel, Dr. Cottam & their staff for their exemplarary & compassionate service. My 83 year old Mom had a sore in her mouth that wouldn’t heal and was told that she would need to have a biopsy done. The week prior, her Sister had died from Tongue Cancer and we were extremely upset and worried that she would have the same diagnosis. Dr. Patel and her Staff jumped right in and got on the phone to try and find an oral surgeon to do the biopsy that same day so that my Mom wouldn’t have to have any more stress of having to wait for an appointment and then more waiting for the test results. Nicole, Dr. Patel’s Receptionist, contacted Dr. Cottam’s Staff who were working at their West Seattle office that day. Within the hour they came to their Burien location and opened up their office just for my Mom so she could get the biopsy done that same day. Dr. Patel walked us over to Dr. Cottam’s office and stayed with my Mom for the entire procedure. Nicole came over on her lunch break to see how we were doing. How many Dentists’ do you know that would do this??? They all treated us with a professionalism and compassion that you just don’t see at a dentist office. I have been taking my Mom to her dentist appointments for the past few months and I have to say that I really look forward to seeing these people. They are so friendly and they make you feel so welcome to their office. I would highly recommend both of these Dentist’s to anyone looking for honest & genuine people to work with.

I love how sensitive and open to questions Dr. Patel is. She also started fluoride rinses to help my teeth stay strong (I have really bad enamel) which is covered by my insurance and should save me from more cavities!!! This last visit I had to have a few more filled and she did an amazing job, with no pain!!! All the other fillings I have had I have always felt, she is by far the best! And my teeth felt normal after the numbing stuff wore off too, none of the weird bite stuff I had experienced in the past!

The entire staff here is outstanding. Dr. Patel handled my dental emergency with skill and generosity. Routine care is thorough, skilled and employs state of the art equipment and procedures. It is easy to make appointments and Nicole, the receptionist, is knowledgeable and helpful with insurance issues. Your whole family will appreciate the friendly staff who all work to make appointments efficient and comfortable. I never dread a trip to this dentist and my teeth are getting great care here.

I am not a fan of dentists but my experience with Dr.Patel was amazing. Her staff was friendly and inviting making my family and I very comfortable. Dr.Patel did a oral cancer check, which I have never had before. I felt that she was very thorough and went over everything with me so that I knew exactly what I needed to do and in what order. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who has a fear of dentistry like I do or for anyone looking for a great dentist

Fantastic experience with Dr Patel and her staff! Brittany walked me through the dental insurance process making it easy and seamless as well as answering my questions along the way. Sue makes you feel like a part of the family whenever she works with you and does an amazing job. Dr Patel has created a professional yet light atmosphere which I enjoy whenever I come.

Ive never really had a problem with the dentist but Dr. Patel is exceptional. She takes time to explain everything in great detail and makes sure that you understand fully what she plans to do fix and problems she finds in your mouth. If youre looking for a dentist I would highly recommend coming to this office. Two thumbs way way up!!!
