Always pleasant, prompt, and friendly! Parking is very convenient. The staff including the front desk are always very courteous and attentive to your needs. I enjoyed their family like attitudes and atmosphere. I appreciate the way they take the time to explain everything that they are doing for you in layman terms and not the big fancy medical terminology that only they would understand. They are an awesome team of physical therapists and I can say "they" because my schedule is so scattered that I tend to have a different therapist every other time. Ive been to a lot of physical therapy clinics and this one by far is the best !!!!

Regarding the therapy: It did help speed up my recovery. The staff is friendly. The mixed up the exercises to keep it interesting. The most important think they did was teach me how to walk with cane during the recovery period. Do be careful if you pay your bill through your HSA account. Its best to pay directly with them as a credit card purchase. The HSA will send a virtual card they dont accept. This may delay your payment getting done.

I very much appreciate the care Ive received at Highline Physical Therapy. Meagan Kapostasy is great!! She continuously asks if I have any concerns or questions, and provides a high level of care. The staff has been friendly, and the overall operation is well run.

Staff was friendly when I entered and quick to get the paperwork done so I was ready to start my appt. on time. The massage therapist listened to what hurt and then tailored the massage to work those areas. Great place for rehab or relaxing massage.
