Sydney and the TherapydiaSF team are fantastic! They are incredibly knowledgeable in their field and have a broad range of specialty skills and services that they bring. I especially like their sense of whats practical, working with me on what will fit into my schedule and lifestyle. I rehabbed a chronic ankle sprain over the course of a year with Sydney and am feeling much more stable these days, plus Im armed with the knowledge of what I can do to keep getting stronger and to prevent injury in the future. I also have done a ton of pilates and some yoga and TRX with Sydney and some of her staff and its fantastic - I have definitely seen results, getting stronger and and feeling great!

The staff was nasty to me after there was a billing error. My card was rejected. To add to the humilation of that, they were angry and demanding. It was demeaning. Then there was payment arrangement, but they decided to bill eagerly to the same card without telling me. The place has a trendy metro-disco vibe and you are paying for that and the location. The therapy itself was fair. But the therapist made an assumption that he couldnt explain and was wrong about. Assumptions arent always 100% certain. I would have considered going back with at least an apology for treating me like scum after the billing error. But the manager wouldnt return my call, so they dont care.

They have done a wonderful job making the experience of signing up and making appointments easy and painless. Speaking of painless, in only two weeks my wrist pain has gone down by over 90%. Highly recommend.
