This place is wonderful! I have cervical spondylosis, which in plain words is a very painful pinched nerve. I had already had a spinal injection for it which helped for a short time but the pain came back. When I started at Sport and Spine I was in real pain. Within a week I was feeling better, and although Im still not out of the woods, today I feel much better! Carrie See has given me excersizes that are very easy to do and her massages are magic.

After ACL reconstruction surgery and having half my meniscus cartilage removed, I saw Carrie at Sport & Spine and had a perfect experience. She was challenging in all the right ways, and her manual techniques helped so much in the initial recovery phase, where minimizing swelling is key. Absolutely loved working with Carrie on my recovery. Would highly recommend for post-op patients!
