Cindy has been my physical therapist for several injuries - lower back, sciatica, and currently hip bursitis. Thanks to Cindy my lower back pain and sciatica is healed and the hip pain is reduced. She is truly an intuitive, gifted healer. She is very thorough in her examination, identifying issues that my doctors didnt even see, and then works her magic from there. She looks at the big picture...not only does she offer soothing treatment during the visit, but provides stretches and exercises to do at home, including take-home descriptions and pictures. One thing I really appreciate is that Cindy is a wealth of information on almost everything - what and where to get rehab/exercise tools, equipment and active wear, to bedding, to other specialists. She takes a proactive long-term approach to good health. I am forever grateful for finding Cindy and highly recommend her.

Cindy is an astute and knowledgeable physical therapist. She takes a deep and holistic look at your problem and comes up with a strategy of treatment and self-treatment that makes sense and works. She gives you a manageable plan for exercises that will truly help rather than throwing every exercise in the book at you. Because of her, I have been able to get over a few different issues, including a very tricky back problem. I highly recommend Cindy and Active Marin.

I came home after a big surgery, wearing a leg brace with limited mobility. Seena, the physical therapist came to my home and did a complete safety eval, set up and recommended equipment, showed me how to use the toilet and shower safely. She had many good ideas on how to improve my strength while still having to stay mainly bed bound. Excellent service, such a pleasing and professional attitude. Gave me peace of mind!

They are so supportive of your goals and clearly have the academic training and clinical expertise to help you achieve them - whether it is running a marathon or playing with your children pain-free. I also love the convenience and easy parking at the Miller Ave location. I cant say enough good things about the Active Marin team. I highly recommend!
