Over the years, Ive been to several different Physical Therapy groups, and this is by far my favorite, for several reasons. Beginning with the walk in the door, the reception staff are friendly and super on top of things. The Physical Therapists are incredibly knowledgeable & seem to enjoy explaining the reasons for what their patients need to do/they are doing TO their patients. The atmosphere in the workout room is congenial, but mellow. And, I noticed, the Physical Therapists gauge if their patients are chatters or not. If not, they do NOT constantly talk at them, and I appreciated being able to focus on my exercises. I think Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy is WONDERFUL!

John Stithem and his crew run the best sports and physical therapy operation in the area. The Best. All the therapists are professional and talented. I was referred to them for the first time when they were next to Mayette Village, but now are located on Farmers Lane across from Montgomery Village. It is with great confidence that I recommend them for any physical therapy needs. You will not be disappointed.

I worked with both Robert and Guy, both outstanding physical therapists. Very professional, very knowledgeable, fun (yes, I said fun) and caring. I would/will recommend this place to anyone seeking relief and recovery from an injury. As a massage therapist myself, I recognize excellence in touch therapies and this place has it.

Over a number of years, my family and I have had a number of physical therapy prescriptions, from high school sports injuries to knee replacement post-op therapies. The people at OSPT are professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. The Gold Standard for PT!
