It took 4 weeks to get here, because of the referral needed, from a traditional doctor, who wanted only to shoot up my shoulder with steroid injection. If anyone reads this, and is thinking of a steroid injection, for ANY injury, STOP, and go here first! From the moment of walking in, being greeted by a great staff, to the first therapy appointment, it was evident how deeply serious these folks embrace their profession. Ive had a frozen shoulder for over a year, and after 5 visits, I was so excited over the extended movement of my arm, I shouted to Colton (embarrassed later of course, as he was with a patient), to show him how much was gained, thanks to him and Ernies help. I do have to shout out to Shawn, who was my initial appointment, as his neck exercises helped me get out of bed in the mornings. I, diligently, practice the exercises, and today was another milestone! Thank you all for creating a fun, learning environment. Its a nice feeling, knowing were treated as individuals and not as a number. Go Team!

I am VERY happy with my experience so far (ongoing). The office is very friendly, helpful and polite. My physical therapist Colton has been fantastic. From my first visit I felt as if he really listened and tried to understand my problem and has done a very diligent and awesome job in trying to find some solutions to aleviate some of my symptoms, and it has been helpful. Not only has he helped me during my visits, he was able to successfully help with obtaining me appropriate Dr.s care (mri/xrays) in a prompt and timely mannor! I have been dealing with an injury obtained on the job and was struggling to get the Dr.s care i needed over several weeks, and his phone call made it happen:) Thank you very much Colton and the entire staff at Proactive Oregon City! I would highly reccomend.

Pro Active at the Oregon City location is the Best! ! Jen, Joe, Nicole, and the entire staff are awesome! ! After having surgery on my ankle after an accident at work, my surgeon suggested a number of different places to have my physical therapy. Because I had already used Pro Active, and noticed it was not listed on the list of suggested therapists, I asked my surgeon if I could use them for my after surgery therapy and he said yes so I "requested" the Oregon City Pro Active as my physical therapy location. If you are EVER needing physical therapy I highly recommend using this facility!

My experience with Jennifer at Proactive was extremely helpful. The exercises she gave and worked with me took almost all of the pain away that I was experiencing. Unfortunately, I have knee surgery in my future, but I will most certainly go back to Proactive for my recovery therapy. The rest of the staff, especially Emily, Jonathan and Debbie were professionals and a joy to converse with. I highly recommend anyone who is needing physical therapy to consider Proactive in Oregon City. You will not be sorry. Thank you again, Proactive!

I had torn my calf while running and during my initial exam, I learned that I had a weak hip that most likely contributed to my injury. The staff taught me how to properly stretch and increase the strength in my hip to get me back to my level of activity that I was used to... as a matter of fact, I feel better then before. Coming in, I was very skeptical because I had seen an athletic trainer before with poor results. The staff was friendly and fun to work with as well as knowledgeable. Nicole and Emily were both instrumental in the successful rehabilitation of my injury. They provided thorough instruction of exercises and stretches over the course of my physical therapy sessions. The entire staff are highly trained in the aspects of sports therapy and can address every injury for all clients. All staff members are very professional in their line of work and it brings great credit upon themselves and the Proactive Orthopedic and Sports Therapy clinic.

I love this place! I came here after I had ACL and meniscus surgery on my knee. Everyone is welcoming and super nice and the people treating me obviously know what theyre doing and care about my well-being. Very professional. Very genuine. I mostly work with Joe, Jen and Emily and theyre great.

I came here after my car accident, barely able to move without crying from pain. Within two months, the physical therapists had me doing excersizes I couldnt even do before the accident. It is a very friendly atmosphere and they try their hardest to deal with pain and limits.

The physical therapists are amazing. They are really friendly and they go to great lengths to get you better. The facility is clean and large, it never feels really crowded. I have been here 3 different times and each time I had a really good experience.
