Get everything in writing. S. M at the clackamas location promised my first workers comp claim visit was covered, as a consultation. ThenI am sent a $300 bill 2 YEARS later. I was there for under 40 mins and had a simple consultation. Left in more pain after being poked and pulled even though I told PT Sabrina it was causing pain. Central billing office is no better and dealing with Katherine in billing is absolutely just as bad as dealing with the insurance adjuster and throws her employees under the bus when given a chance. Please, dont go through what I am now... DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. GET.IT.WRITING.

I was really excited at first I ran into a rough spot with illness and had to reschedule a succession of appts - missed one and felt pretty much fired - Im grateful to have received the right exercises it was a long road and has helped. They did call to follow up which I appreciate but now Im going to find someone closer to me
