Starting physical therapy after breaking my ankle, having surgery, and being laid up for two months was a very vulnerable time for me. I was scared to put weight on my fragile and painful foot, much less walk without my crutches and moon boot. Haley was very responsive and supportive, encouraging me to be patient and persistent, and always individualizing my therapy to give me just what I needed in each session. With an injury that felt like regrowing a limb, and then learning to walk again, the mindset is at least as important as the exercises, and the balance of both is ideal. Bainbridge Island Kitsap Physical Therapy delivered just the right combination of care, expertise, encouragement, specialized equipment, and motivation to get me walking again. Highly recommended.

I suffer from vertigo. I had called another Pat on the island and was given an appointment for 3 weeks away. Kitsap was able to get me in the next day. Hailey is the vertigo specialist and understands how debilitating it can be. She made time in her already full schedule to work with me. Her knowledge level and non-rushed approach assured me that I was in good hands and was able to get rid of it. Unfortunately, the vertigo returned but she was my first call and got me in immediately.
