I cant believe they call this place an urgent care facility. Part of their vision is, "We will raise the standard of health by putting individuals first...." I certainly didnt experience this. There is nothing urgent about the care I received. I waited over 5 hours to be seen, and then another 2 hours in an exam room. Ultimately, I didnt receive the treatment I came in for and left no better than when I arrived. I was initially told it would be a 3-3 1/2 hour wait but after I completed my paperwork, was told it would only be an hour. After 3 hours of waiting, I went to the front desk to see how much longer it would be and was informed that they couldnt verify my insurance. I logged into the insurance website and showed them I had insurance. I was then informed that they needed to speak with their manager. After another 1 1/2 hours, I went back to the front desk, and was told they were still trying to verify my insurance. I then proceeded to call the insurance office myself, verified I had insurance and asked them to call the urgent care office. Only took me two minutes to do this. Then had to wait another 30 minutes to see a doctor. Others who had appointments, waited more than two hours to get treatment. One gentlemen who came in at 12:30 was told the wait time would be 4 1/2 to 5 hours and it was suggested he come back when they opened the next day at 8:00. Later, I found out that I was one of the few, if not only urgent care patients that day. Everyone else was there for a physical, follow-up appointment, or test. A couple were there due to work-related injuries. Once in the exam room, I received standard nurse/doctor consultation, X-ray and then was informed by a second doctor who was a surgeon that they could not take a metal splinter out of my shoulder. I needed to go to another doctor on my own. Since the metal sliver was just below the skin surface, I went home and had my wife remove. What a waste of 7 hours. This is more of a clinic and not an urgent care facility. I would only recommend this place if you have no other options for health care. Go to another urgent care facility, find a doctor or use an emergency room.

Go elsewhere! Typical seasonal sinus infection, just need a prescription. 2 hour wait then brought to exam room by someone that looked irritated to be there. Then began the question and answer period. the same ones that were on the 5 page form I filled out two hours earlier. However this one included "are you married, divorced or have a partner?" "do you live with this person?" What does this have to do with my nasal infection? Next, as my nose is running and dripping on the floor I go to grab a tissue to wipe my nose and she stops me and says "dont do that, i need it as a specimen". I felt like telling her that there is plenty on the floor. She passes me a swab and tells me to swab my own throat for a specimen. Gag reflex kicks in and shoving the 5" stick to the back of my throat does not produce the desired results. She waits impatiently as continue to choke. She leaves and 1/2 hour later a nice Doctor arrives spends 5 minutes and sends me off with a prescription to pick up. He tells me there are many to choose from and some work better than others. Day one on meds are fantastic with significant signs of improvement. Day 4 and I begin to slip back into pre medication symptoms. I contact the office and still at 8:10am they have their answering service pick up. (they open at 8:00) Call back at 8:25 and speak with the office to ask the doctor to prescribe a different antibiotic. She laughs and says, No, you need to make an appointment to see the doctor again! I told her I would rather deal with the consequences of remaining sick than miss another half day of work, spend another $200.00 and be treated as one of the herd.

After driving for an hour and a half to get there, for a special blood test that can only be done by this place.... I was told it would be an hour and a half wait or longer. After explaining to the guy at the desk he looked at a co-worker girl and told her something, then she very rudely said I would just have to wait because there are other people waiting to be seen. Im not here to see a doctor, just blood work. Too bad you will have to wait. I said no, got my paper work and left. Let me say first the two people at the desk were not the regular staff that I had always encountered before, because they are very nice. These two made you feel like they were doing you a favor. I have been getting this test there for almost two years., several times a year and never encountered a wait so long. They always took me back and in less than 30 min. and Im out. I called when I got home and wanted to make an appointment to ensure I got in, but was told not necessary blood work is walk in only ( I knew that ) but the girl that answered the phone apologized and said it should not take that long ( she heard about my visit) ever. I have to try again because I need that test, but if there was someplace else, I would change especially if the other two are present at the desk. They need some training because if we did not go there, they would not be working... I really dont like people who think they are privileged , Oh and why would the guy assume I spoke spanish as he started to ask me questions in spanish...

One star for the great medical team. Zero for management. Worse place I have ever worked. Medical personnel are fabulous. Management is on another planet than the one where patients and physicians meet. There is a complete disconnect and the profit motive is what wins in this place. The wait is most often 3-5 hours unless you have an early AM appointment. Records and requests for services are buried in the managers office, lost for weeks. Corporate managers follow the physicians by remote computers to see if they are seeing enough patients per hour, then ride them if they have a complicated patient and slow down. It is the place Medical Assistants gossip about. . ."The job is a dog." Past docs who have quit say they hated it. How can you continue to abuse patients and staff this way? Do you have no conscience? If you cant do the job, find something else you are able to do. Needing the money doesnt make it right.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I went in to have a pre-employment physical completed. Went in, completed the physical, they assured me that everything was taken care of and they would be faxing the results to my employer. My HR office never received the forms, and after repeatedly asking the office to send results to both my employer and directly to me, I am finally just getting another physical exam completed somewhere else. The staff at reception has been completely unprofessional through this whole process. One of the times that I called, the receptionist answered the phone in a sing-song voice and told me she would "try" to complete my request. Try? Really? This is for my job, it is mandatory...
