We canceled 3 appointments over the phone and they never recorded that we canceled them. So when called to ask why the lady on the phone argued and claimed that I had missed 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 appointments and she said that they had been keeping track. Except I showed up to every appointment except the 3 that I canceled and the 1 that I missed. So even if they didnt put into their system that I canceled thats only 4 days. Theyre unorganized. And they were quite rude when confronted. I would not recommend this location because they deal with absolutes. Once you schedule an appointment you wont be getting it canceled. Not to mention that the condition I was being treated for they were treating me incorrectly and actually had to switch the PT specialist.

Convenient location, the best (and very experienced) therapists, and very polite front office staff. This clinic offers PT, OT, and MT. As another review mentioned, if you miss your appointments they will call to check in and reschedule if possible.
