My husband cut his right index finger where it was bleeding a lot. This place was the closest, and our insurance always said to go to this place; then waste the emergency rooms time. Well, we had the wrong card on us. The the who ever she was at the desk lady was rude, and they refused treatment until they heard from our insurance company. Even though, the Over- the -counter- card, and Provider One card had our other insurance number in visual view. We had to ask for an ice pack to try to slow the bleeding. Since we had to wait anyway, he was told to fill out ten pages of paperwork. Next, when we were all approved and believed the false advertisement of Valley Med Urgent Care which is really "Central Washington Money Gruming Occupational Clinic."They claimed unless we wanted to wait three hours to please leave for the emergency room. I am reporting this doctor and nurse to the Washington State Medical Board. Please do not take injured people here, unless you have a death wish. God help them to find better jobs.

Came in for bronchitis there was 3 cars in the driveway told was a 2 hour wait was there 3 hours and she told me I had an upper infection in my face, even though I couldnt breathe and had pressure in my chest, didnt send meds in come to find out I do have broncitis had to see another Dr to get antiobiotics. I think this clinic needs an overhaul, the nurses were super nice but the Dr acted like she didnt have time. And I ended up having to pay to see 2 drs!

The worst, came for a dot physical. 730 first one here. Still took an hour to get in. Physical went fine. Needed my doctor to sign a form. I came back day after and they couldnt find my paperwork... what the hell kind of place loses paperwork? people not very friendly either, probly cause they cant find an important document. i would steer anyone from coming here.

Open at 7:30 AM but dont see anybody until 8:00 AM. I was 4th person in the door at 7:30 and still took 2 1/2 hours to see anybody. Took x-rays did not see anything wrong so their policy refer you to specialist. Why not go to specialist instead ans save time and money.. Gone down hill fast since Yakima Regional bought them. My advice is go someplace else.

So my husband had to get a physical for his new job he had an appointment at 910am its 11:17am and he barley just got Called back mind you there is only like a total of 5 pepole. This is the slowest place I have ever been to. I have other appointments I need to get to. This is bulls#!+ not happy this this place!

Came in with an abscess Thursday. Gave me a prescription after the doctor saw me for 2 seconds... no service, no real diagnosis...now Im on vacation in the ER in Kingman AZ looking at surgery and various scans. $$$ down the drain. Total waste of time.

Been here since 915 they open at 10 1st in line 3 ppl called before me. Its 40 mins after they opened still waiting oh yeah and i had all my papers filled out before i got here. This place is a mess. Worst ever

Horrible service. Receptionist was rude. 1 other person in waiting room however the Dr was backed-up and it was a 4.5 wait. Wont be using this facility again. Id vote negative stars if it allowed.

Came in for a simple test no more than 15 minutes and was the 3rd patient there. Waited 2 hrs in waiting room and another hour to be done. Awful experience.

The Dr. Is a horrible person no people skills at all, and if your there for a cdl physical good luck she send 80% for a sleep apnea test
