Went in with my son who had a long cold and had gotten a fever. There was one person in front of me and I waited an hour to even get into a room. The guy at the desk seemed nice, like the only one who actually cared or seemed to move with any speed. Once I got to into the room I literally sat in there for 20 minutes while the nurse and Doctor just laughed and talked outside. I thought maybe they were doing something for a patient, but I opened the door to ask where the bathroom was for my daughter and they both seemed startled and were obviously not doing work. I brought my daughter to the bathroom and then the doctor immediately came in to see my son. What would these people do if there was actually a decent amount of people in the waiting room? Ive been to urgent cares before and when I walked into this one I was all yes there is one person in front of us. I was there for two hours and maybe saw the doctor for 5 minutes. I cant imagine if there was actually people there how long it would have taken. When I left there was a little girl with a possibly broken wrist still sitting in the waiting room and she had gotten there 15 minutes after us. And the doctor and nurse are just dawdling along no rush! Are you kidding me! She was in obvious pain trying not to cry. Would never go back there, ever.

I only gave it one star because I didnt have the option of 0 stars. I am 61 years old and have never been treated so rudely and coldly by a physician. He did not ask questions/elicit info from me and when I tried to tell him my concerns he did not actively listen. He has no idea of my history or why I decided to go to the Medi-Center nor did he appear to care. He did not converse about/explain or summarize info/findings of the exam. After doing a strep test he walked out of the room without a word and never came back. The nurse came back in with my results & when I asked her some questions she left the room to go ask him and then returned to tell me his response. There were no other patients at the center at this time. I was treated like an uninformed, stupid person without a valid concern and did not receive solid medical advice/treatment.

"Yakimas choice for non-emergent illness and injury" Ive seen reviews and have to admit these folks "do not" handle urgent emergency care. Gee, a broken hand I do believe requires an orthopedic surgeon, Im not a doctor but I do think if you are dehydrated and know it you either drink more or go to a hospital where "they" can give you IV fluids. A review I saw on another site complained about coming in 15 minutes before closing and being surprised that they could not be seen. Does the grocery store stay open just for you if you have half an hours shopping to do when they are only open 15 more minutes? Sorry folks when I went here I knew my problem needed to be addressed and I didnt wait till that last minute to get in there. I found the staff friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I went in because I was experiencing on-going symptoms two days following an episode where I nearly fainted from dehydration. I went in because I could not get my family doctor to schedule an appointment that day and I felt like I needed a consultation sooner than that. Instead, I was not even allowed to see the doctor and was given dubious explanations from several staff members after I insisted that this was ridiculous. I had barely described my condition when they told me they would not admit me to talk to the doctor. My symptoms were just light-headedness and fatigue. I guess if they think theres any chance youll croak in the doctors office, which in my case was not going to happen, youre considered a liability and persona non grata.

I once had to take my Grandmother in because she had bruising on her abdomen for several days, and it kept getting bigger. She was seen within 30 or 45 minutes. Granted there was one patient being roomed and one patient ahead of us. The staff was friendly and I would definitely recommend family and friends to go for minor reasons. To me this clinic is not a place for severe fractures and wounds, as it may cause a back log of patients. As well as long waiting times for other people with minor treatment needs like an ear ache, or fever. All in all, good service.

This medicenter hours are worthless. Went on Thursday. Hours say they open at 7:30 am. At 8:15 not one employee had shown up. Went again today at 5 pm. Hours say they should be open until 7. The front desk attendant literally forced me out. This is not a place you can count on for any kind of decent service. The front desk lady is very rude. Its pretty clear the employees just come and go as they please with no regard for he service they are supposed to be providing people. Already have a complaint in with the better business bureau.

I got the rudest nurse and doctor here, not to mention, they didnt pay attention to anything I said. Also Tried telling me that Ive never been to memorial hospital( where I had my son) and continued to argue with me about it, I was sick and not in the mood to be treated horribly. I feel like they should learn to take a second and listen to what the patient has to say, and then not argue with them about it. They treated me like I was a dumb little girl. I definetly will be taking this further then just a "review"

Handy place to go for simple medical stuff. Some of the doctors have more bedside manner than some of the others, but I always felt they were competent. If you have something badly broken or bad chest pain. . .the hospital emergency room is where you should go. Not the drop in clinic. I have used this place for over 5 years because I have never gotten around to having a primary care physician. this place is great for the early morning small medical problem.

If I could give them a lower rating I would. I was told a 2 hour wait so I came back its been 4 hours and they just told me that it doesnt look like it will be anytime soon. To add to that they are incredibly rude. I dont care what the circumstances I will never be back here. Dont waste your time.

My wife went in for severe foot pain and waited for over two hours, just for the doctor to google what was wrong. Then after the doctor left the room, she left the door open and my wife heard them talking bad about her outside. She was very upset when she got home.

The people here are incredibly rude and unprofessional! They are incompetent dont know what thwy are doing and do not care if your in pain. We were rushed out in twenty minutes woth no medical help for a broken hand. DO NOT GO HERE!
