I was thoroughly unimpressed by the staff. They are condescending and rude. One of the sales staff tried to hustle me by telling me their prices are the lowest. Totally laughable. I know for a fact that there are other businesses both local and online with better prices and deals!! The salesgirl was snooty and mentioned that I could always shop at Walmart or Kmart. Couldnt believe such arrogance. Youd think she was selling me diamonds. I will NOT be giving them business again. In this economy, those types of places should be treating every customer that walks in the door like gold! Dont know who these people think they are. Seriously bad experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Just saw the low rating and have to say i felt compelled to share my experience. It was awesome. I had a wonderful facial and the woman who took care of me was amazing. The girl at the desk was okay. And yes they wanted a credit card on file. But its simply something i understood. If you set up an appointment and are a no show then they can charge you anyway. Unless you give them fair warning. Its a buisness.

I found them to be rude. Insisted I gave my credit card or I could not book an appointment. This is illegal. They need to review their policies about charging cards without expressed consent from the card holder. BEWARE OF THIS business. I am sure they would do a good job and the skin cre specialist is wonderful. They need to review their policies for legal compliance.

This was absolutely the best facial ever! Pamela was very thorough with going over my skin type. I have sensitive skin so I find this very important. Very relaxing atmosphere and the product line she use was an incredible all natural essential oil line. Ive already made my next appointment!!

I see Dr. Thoring. Every time I have had an appt. Ive been treated very courteously by him and staff there. Very pleasant staff and atmosphere.
