Went there with a friend because she was having problems getting anywhere with her health care. She has been disabled for almost a year, and these folks have seldom ordered any tests without being pushed. I was a Navy Corpsman, and then an Emergency Medical Technician for years, and have never encountered such ignorance, and rudeness in medical personnel. I would personally have told them I was changing doctors, and walked out, if they were my healthcare workers. When we asked the examiner, who I believe was a nurse practitioner (weve actually never seen a doctor in this place) a question about a medication, she flew off the handle, saying she knew what she was doing, and what kind of question was that? I explained that we just wanted to know what the plan was, and understand it. My friends symptoms have, as I said, kept her disabled for a year. I have pictures of her joints, and hands becoming grossly discolored with what looks like some kind of dermatomyositis. What did the clinic do? Ordered x-rays. They came back normal, and she was told, "Well, the x-rays are normal." End of story. No new tests. No concern about the discoloration, or the pain, or the white nodules on her palms. I could go on, but this should be enough to show this clinic is a sham. It appears to be a place for hacks to take advantage of poor people on MediCal, and welfare. God help you if you have an illness that wont resolve itself in spite of these people.

****I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD****** I was never fully satisfied with this clinic. There were long wait times and it just seemed like a poorly kept property. With no other options given through my insurance, I was just glad that I had at least a decent doctor and the staff was always very polite. HOWEVER, with the new Doctor, I believe her name is Veronica (we were never formally introduced), I have seen her twice and have been forced to switch my insurance, she is that intolerable. She has provided very poor care for my two children and I. It came down to her scolding me for me speaking with one of the nurses in regards to the poor treatment she had been giving us. At one of the two visits we had seen her for, after waiting for a total of 4 hours, she finally came in, prescriptions in hand ready to discharge us. She had no questions for us, no kind of evaluation, just ready to send us home without any kind of treatment (besides a handful of prescriptions that I didnt even need). That was the last straw. She lacks in profressionalis, and is just there to collect a paycheck, you can tell she doesnt care for her job. Shes terrible. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS VERONICA IS FIRED. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Very Horrible. Nurse practitioners. I had a physical and the Lady was supper rude barely said Hello. I asked if I could ask a question about something else and she said quote " We are only doing a physical today ". I was upset I said you mean I cant even ask you anything ! She decided to be a wee bit nicer and listened she gave me form to fill out about what I was calling about. She said I had hearing loss after the hearing test I said I had Ear wax build up. Then they decide to look in my ears and then she oh you are right about the ear wax. Dumb the assistant looked in my ears before the hearing test.lol. plus good luck on getting your medicine they do not have good communication with the pharmacy. Walmart. Been 2 days and I still have not got the new medicine!! I want to go somewhere where they are at least more polite and more efficient. When I sit in waiting room I see cockroaches crawling on the floor. There floors are super dirty.

They dont seem to care if you make an appointment because they called me 30 mins before my appointment time to reschedule me for 2 weeks from now! Just a check up for me but Id be pissed if I was sick and trying to see my dang doctor. Also my first visit took 3 hours in waiting room to see doc for 5 mins. And back when I became pregnant they couldnt see me for almost 2 months just so I could get a referral to OBGYN. Oh and they didnt actually give me a pregnancy test there, just took my word for it. Thankfully I wasnt mistaken or anything because that would have been embarrassing going to an OB and finding out I read the test wrong or false positive or something like that.. ugh. Anyway these people are the worst. There are much better primary care doctors for medi-cal out there I just got bad luck of the draw I guess, but I will be changing here soon. (Also what the heck medical? How can an urgent care be a primary care too? Seems dumb..)

This is the worst doctor I have ever gone to!! I waited for 3 hours as a "Walk-in" they kept telling me I was next & then they would take every one before me including other walk ins!! They took $120 from me & then told me 3 hours after waiting that they were out of the shots!! They should have known this before I waited there for 3 hours!! I decided to still be seen because I was also very sick. I waited for another hour as a "Walk-in" they kept telling me I was next & then they would take every one before me including other walk ins!! I talked to the office manager about how upset I was and I began crying because I was so upset she continued to be very rude & look at me if I was stupid! I said to her I am very sick and in tears, why are you being so rude to me? She then started laughing in my face!! I walked out in tears & I was so upset it was hard for me to drive home!! I will never again go to this doctors office!!!!!

Had such a bad experience in this place. To begin with the wait was over 2 hours, after they took me in the staff was not nice at all, Dr. was very rude in a way that made me feel guilty for asking the questions I asked him. Later on I had to call the billing department because I made the mistake of not checking if they were taking my insurance, the billing lady was very rude saying that she wasnt going to take the time to fix my problem and kept telling me it was my fault for not checking before going there. Which I admit it was my mistake and I was trying to fix it, she didnt listen and kept yelling over the phone. Will never visit that place ever again. Its very unfortunate that this people are even in the medical field.

Not only will I never set foot in here again I would advise the health department to inspect it immediately, and whatever odor that was that was emanating from it. In addition its violation of individual privacy rights (via questions that have no direct correlation to health) the FOUR (4) min I spent there were in crowded and poorly ventilated waiting room. which left me wondering how much of the illness is cross contamination with other patients, but perhaps since the entire list was Medi-cal patients they are used to this type of treatment. Do NOT go here under any circumstances, go to a real hospital that has some idea of what they are doing. Please , save yourself.....
