I moved to Vancouver in Oct 2015. I was new to the area, but not to chiropractic care. Before I left my hometown, and my chiropractor of over 7 years, he told me to "find someone that went to Palmer". So, I sat down with my insurance list of providers and started doing my homework, and thats when I found Quantum Chiropractic. Most of the time, I go for what I call "routine maintenance". But there are those times - after travel, after moving, after an illness, etc. - that I need acute care as well. So, I was looking for a chiropractor with whom I could have a long term, comprehensive relationship. X-rays and assessments were done, a treatment plan was made and we began. It wasnt long before I started to relax and feel that I had found the right place. After three months, another set of x-rays was taken to check that things were moving in the right direction (pun TOTALLY intended!). The office is spotless and comfortable. Friendly, smiling people greet me from the reception area every time I walk through the door. Ive been treated by both doctors who have the same basic approach to adjustments, but have a different "touch". Part of my treatment involves massage. Ive got chronic conditions that need to be worked through. This is not a floofy spa massage - although Im sure you could get that, buy WHY? I need the kind of massage where they get. in. there. They do not disappoint. Ive been sitting here for a few minutes trying to think if theres anything negative to say. If I had to be super picky about it, its that theyre "only" open Mon-Thurs.

Picked this place because it was close to my house but it was just not what I was expecting based on my experience with my previous Chiro. Just felt very corny with an attempt of trying to impress me with supposedly state of the art gadgets and gizmos that really didnt do anything. I left feeling like I didnt even get adjusted. The other thing I really didnt like was their attempt to bring my children in etc. and made me feel like I was in a multilevel marketing seminar. Well I guess Ill be going back to my old Chiro. just have to drive a little ways to see him but I now realize its worth it. In response to the owners comment below: Nothing personal but Ive been to several chiropractors and just didnt find you to be very good at spinal manipulation, talking yes, but not very good at adjusting. I came in to be adjusted thoroughly and that has nothing to do with you offering people choices or the ability to come and go as they please, I came in for a service that I didnt believe was carried out by the provider. I dont go and get a haircut and leave satisfied if only one side of my hair was cut! Im not really sure what you mean by "scare care" or how you would know what "so many other chiropractic offices offer" if this is the only office you work at? Thank you for your response nonetheless.

I was in a car accident at the beginning of January and had a headache that just wouldnt go away. I do not have a primary care doctor and knew nothing about car accidents and such. I did a google search for doctors that specialize in car accidents and Quantum Integrated Health popped up. I went to their website which was extrememly easy to navigate and read. Afterwards, I called them and the customer service was awesome. They were friendly, answered my questions and even emailed me the paperwork that had to be filled out ahead of time so I didnt have to sit in their office and do it. At my first visit and all consecutive ones Ive been to, the staff and Dr. Kevin are friendly and attentive. They have answered every question I have asked right away and they want to make sure you understand what has gone on and what they will try to do to help. Since I started seeing them 2 weeks ago, my headache is no longer consistent. I still have it but it isnt lasting all day and all night, which in turn has helped with my mood and my ability to do things that need to get done. Without the constant headache it has also allowed me to notice other pains that were being trumped by the pain in my head. Those have been subsiding too. I couldnt ask for better customer service or help.

If you are looking for the BEST chiropractic experience in Vancouver, look no further than Quantum Integrated Health. I have been a patient with them for a few years now and found the entire experience to be a pleasure. As soon as you come in you are immediately welcomed at the front desk by Dr. Kevin, Dr. Ellie or one of their friendly team members. Check-in is quick and easy for returning patients (just punch your number into the computer and you are automatically queued) and before you know it, you are already being adjusted. Dr. Kevin and Dr. Ellie are very professional and do their best to answer any of the questions you may have. Adjustments have relieved me of headaches, upper and lower back pains, and has helped increase the range of motion in my neck. They use state of the art equipment to help diagnose and treat their patients. Since their move to their newest location, their office is much larger and has allowed them to offer even more services (check their website for a full listing) aside from just chiropractic care and massage. Although they have gotten bigger, the quality of service has not changed. I would recommend at least coming in and meeting both doctors and checking out the facilities. You wont be disappointed.

Quantum was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and I had no idea what to expect but Kevin came highly recommended so I thought Id give it a shot. I was having chronic lower back pain and as my x-rays showed, my spine has a crazy curve to the left causing the discomfort from years of pulling. Kevin took a lot of time getting to know me and my medical history and I could tell from his diagnosis that he has vast chiropractic and anatomy knowledge, even making connections to my hysterectomy contributing to my issue. He went over his ideal treatment plan but never made me feel pressured or obligated, just gave me the confidence in his wanting and ability to fix me. I am now at a little over halfway through my treatment plan and am on my way to being fixed. He even took midway x-rays to measure my progress. Kevin, Ellie and the whole staff all know me by name and treat me like a member of their work family. There are even great massage therapist who help me in breaking up old scar tissue (and occasionally just help me relax). Its so nice to be able to support a very well ran local family business and still get the high quality care of bigger practices. I highly recommend this place!

I used to not believe in receiving treatment from chiropractors.... until I was in a car accident a year ago. I realized quickly that this type of pain would not subside on its own and I certainly did not want take a lot of medication for it. I called for an appointment and Dr. Kevin was able to evaluate me immediately. The thoroughness of the initial evaluation made me aware of my body’s issues and that Dr. Kevin’s treatment plan was going to help me significantly. Their approach on healing is holistic and realistic. Over the course of months, I have progressed positively in my healing process because of the quality care I’ve received. Not only is the quality of care superb, but so is the staff in the office. The staff feels like family, very welcoming and friendly. I have never felt so comfortable in a provider’s office before and I know they all truly care about their patients. I am very happy with my care at Quantum Integrated Health and highly recommend their services!
