Before I started under NUCCA care, I didnt think I had any problems. Sure I had aches and pains once in awhile, but who doesnt? I just thought it had to do with getting older or something surgery would take care of. Praise God I didnt have surgery! My gallbladder started bothering me when I was pregnant with my twins. Our family doctor said cut out dairy, cut back on fatty foods. OK for the next few years I watched what I ate. I had weekly flare ups, but didnt want surgery, so I lived with the discomfort. I developed plantar fasciitis which was very painful on my heel. It felt like walking on nails. My family doctor said to ice, elevate and take ibuprofen for pain or surgery were my options. Then I was introduced to NUCCA WOW I can turn my head to my shoulder (its not old age!)! After about 2 months of care I realized I hadnt had a gallbladder flare up for a while. It was about 7 months and no more heel pain. I noticed other things as well: no allergy problems, no more constipation (so this is what regular is like!)! Monthly mood swings were not as severe or not at all. My body is functioning like it was designed to do. I wish I would have found NUCCA years ago. But I am very grateful to be under care now and will continue to be forever! NUCCA has given me my life back and my families as well.

I was having trouble sleeping at night. I had been in numerous fender benders. But the major car accident happened in 2002, with severe whip lash in my neck and shoulders. I went to a traditional chiropractor with massage therapy. It helped some. But I stopped going because I believed in God for a total healing. And around September 2009 I was in a light fender bender again. Someone hit me from the back. It wasnt much. But all of a sudden over the year I couldnt sleep well. It seemed WORSE than usual. It seems like almost every time Ive had a fender bender car accident Ive later on down the line had to have ear surgery for lack of hearing in one ear. Three out of four of my accidents have led to ear surgery. Since Ive been coming to Advanced Spinal Care, I feel better. I sleep better as a whole. I have my good days and maybe a few bad days. But nothing major. Its definitely better. Its nice to go to bed at night and sleep 4,5, or 6 hours straight and wake up refreshed, instead of waking up every 1 ï¾½ to 2 hours to reposition my neck or my body. And if my body is a little out of whack Dr. Schenk will adjust it, sometimes twice if needed. So I say thank you Dr. Schenk and Advanced Spinal Care for all the help youve given me.

I primarily came in to see the doctors at Advanced Spinal Care because I had been experiencing constant shoulder pain over the last four months, but I also had suffered on and off for years with low back pain and more recently, neck pain. I had tried several wellness technologies for my shoulder pain, including hydration, quality sleep, an anti-inflammatory cream and infrared. I have steadily seen relief in my shoulder pain from an 8/10 to a 2/10. My neck pain is now a 0. YEAH! I love that the doctors here dont do any cracking or twisting. They use a light gentle touch. I would highly recommend this care to others. It will either take care of or greatly improve where you are now. More importantly, it prevents things from happening down the road. Being properly aligned to gravity removes pressure from your brain stem and spinal cord so that your body can function at its optimal potentialand slow the aging process.

I was diagnosed with a condition when I was 19 that caused me to suffer from very severe headaches, hand and arm numbness, muscle pain in arms and legs, poor balance, as well as constant neck and back pain. I was unable to do any physical activity. Over the seven years after my diagnosis I had seen an occupational therapist, several physical therapists, a massage therapist and a traditional chiropractor. I was also on several medications. Within a week or so of my first adjustment I had a lot less pain in my arms, legs and back. Both my headaches and the numbness in my arms and hands was going away. After just one month I had no headaches, no hand numbness and almost no back pain. I would definitely recommend others to the doctors at Advanced Spinal Care. I am writing this letter in appreciation of the help I receive by going to Advanced Spinal Care. The adjustments Dr. Lapenski makes are gentle and never painful. He aligns the atlas vertebra at the top of the spine and the ripple effect of that adjustment is amazing. I went to Advanced Spinal Care because I had thrown my lower back out by lifting a huge A/C unit into a window. I could barely walk and I was not improving until I went to see Dr. Lapenski. He made a gentle adjustment to my neck area (atlas vertebra) and just like that my lower back was better and I could get up and walk around without pain. I highly recommend this treatment for any and everyone. My sincere thanks!

I had been suffering from lower back pain for 20+ years. About 5 years ago it worsened and my right hip started "going out" frequently. I was having constant pain of at least a 3-4 (out of a 0-10 scale) always. About a year ago, I started having wrist and thumb pain and occasional shooting pain down my arms. The last few months I started having headaches 3-5 times a week. I have also had neck pain for 20+ years. My arm and hand pain stopped after the initial adjustment. My neck, back and hip pain have greatly reduced. My headaches slowed, became less severe and Ive had a week without one as of today. I can drive and sleep without bad hip pain!

I had lots of headaches, neck and lower back pain as well as right foot pain. At Curves I was quite tentative on some things and couldnt do enough to get my heart rate into my target zone to get a good workout. I felt worn out and that this is it no more fun activity especially not skiing (which I love to do). I noticed at my last Curves visit that HOLY COW! I COULD MOVE!! It was like I was DANCING on the recovery boards! I consciously realized that HEY! Im not in pain and I am enjoying this activity! I still get occasional neck pain as I recover but not to the same degree as before. I am planning to ski this winter!

I am a lifelong commercial fisherman in Alaska and am 59 years old. I was suffering from severe headaches and lower back and leg pains. A family member referred me Advanced Spinal Care. After beginning care, I experienced immediate relief of the leg pains that were severe enough to make me stop working. Also, I had relief of the leg pains that made it uncomfortable for me to sit.
