I called to schedule an appointment for my son and was treated horribly by the receptionist. It was by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I asked to update insurance as we have switched and not only did she interrupt me 3 times but also told me to lower my voice. I had sleeping kids in the house and was talking much quieter than usual because of that. I asked if I could read the insurance information to her over the phone because my ex husband has the actual card and she said and repeated that "this is not my problem" What? I asked if I could please just make an appointment and she kept saying "Lower your voice!" I wasnt talking loud. We are changing primary care doctors right away and will never go back to Salmon Creek Family practice. So upsetting to be treated so poorly.

Crappy experience. Waited almost 2hrs to get seen by a doctor. The front desk staff told me i got a discount and everything is included, I paid in cash and after more than a month I received a bill that I still owe them money. Shady! So inconsistent with what they are telling me.

The medical assistants are fast and professional . Dr. Rene santiano has been the best doctor Ive ever had. Very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to all your concerns and takes time to address all of them. He never makes me feel like Im being rushed.

Both Dr. Rene Santiano and Flordelys Santiano are excellent doctors. The staff have always been professional and timely. If you want a good family doctor that spends the necessary time to serve you this is the place to go.
