Ни в коем случае больше не появлюсь в этой клинике!!! Ира Вайман не лечит а только навязчиво всем предлагает антидепресанты (с чем бы вы не пришли бы), после отмены которых я восстанавливалась больше года. Наверное для того чтобы одурманенные пациэнты не замечали того ужасного сервиса, который они предлагают. Еще знаменательный случай был с врачом который делал узи матки - его слова "а вы знаете, что у вас две матки". ТАКОГО...невежества я никак не ожидала в 26 лет после 2 родов). Что уж говорить о каких-то серьезных проблемах.

Marina Arbuck is my mothers family MD, and she had the hardest time having Marina to sign a certain paperwork that was needed for my mothers employer. She requested her to sign it at one of the appointments first. Marina promised to send it to the employer. A month later my mothers employer told her that they still havent received anything from her yet. All in all, my mom had to make three long trips to her office to get her to sign it. On the last trip, when my mother came in, she had to wait about an hour for Marine to attend to her . When she finally appeared in lobby she was very rude, condescending, and did not make a single apology. In addition, the RNs that are working with her are rude and completely unprofessional. When my mom addressed one of them about having her lab results uploaded to the online portal so that she can have access to it, that RN made a joke with the rest of the staff about it, instead of apologizing, and tacking care of it in a professional manner. Must I say, moths later the results are still not in. BTW, Marina is no longer my mothers family care provider.

Ужасный грубый персонал. Прислали счет спустя 2,5 года после аппоинтмента. Разбираться не пожелали , а только "закатывали глаза" когда просила разобраться. причина ухода от них 3 года назал была жуткая неквалифицированность врача, который на любую проблему со здоровьем(понос, боли ), замечу не только у меня но и у ребенка, выписывала антидепресанты мне, после который я еще востанавливалась очень долгое время. Я не любитель писать негативную информацию про кого-то, но здесь мое терпение уже лопнуло

AFM hm.... I do not even know where to start. I am grateful to have them around when I need them. Let me tell you my story. Recently I had a asthma attack right in the shopping store, I called the emergency pager got a response within 2 minutes and had a medicine in the same store pharmacy within 5 minutes. Last week I had a migraine (I get the excruciating headaches twice per year). Got the doctors appointment within a hour after calling the office. I was not able to see my regular doctor but for the emergency I did not care to whom to see as long as My current doctor was able to help. Overall Great Doctors and they are highly recommended. Staff is always friendly and they are ready to help. You will not be disappointed after visiting the clinic.

My review is in line with some of the other ones on here. Been coming here for 10+ yeras. This place used to be such great doctors office, but the last couple of times I went there it was just so disappointing, really bad experience. What happened guys? Seems like there is some internal office tension or something definitely going on as nobody was even looking at each other or talking.... but you guys cannot transfer that energy onto your patients. Sorry, but compared to American doctors office service level, i would rate this office very low at the moment. Good doctors, but bad staff. Ive referred people there, but I dont think i would recommend this place to anyone anymore as it stands now. Thanks

Went there with bad fever and sharp pain in my throat, they took my ID and insurance card and then made me fill out forms with exact same information as in the docs that I gave them: first, last name, gender, address etc. I filled out one form, then it turned out it was the first one in a whole stack. I asked the receptionist girl to help me fill them, she refused and said that they would not treat me unless I fill them all. I left. Very bad service, please avoid this clinic.

I’ve been visiting this clinic for 13 years now, and cant say enough great things about this practice. From the amazing receptionists and medical assistants to doctors. Great customer service, everyone smiles and give positive impression. The doctors are highly skilled with great mannerisms, they are easy to interface. I highly recommend this clinic!

Good doctors, inadequate office staff. I stopped coming here because dealing with their staff is not worth the aggravation. Just recently I had a surgery and my surgeon wanted get some information from them. I told him not to bother and I was right - he was not able to get a response. Its a shame because most doctors are very good.

Great office, friendly staff, clean facility. I have been going there for the last 15 years. Also my elderly parents and grandparents visit their doctors. It is easy to make an appointment with a male or a female physician. They also have various specialists with whom it is also easy to make an appointment.
