I found Dr Walls through the Simplecare website. I was without insurance for 4 years and while relatively healthy, every day I felt like I was walking on a tightrope without a safety net. I did feel a bit rushed when I went in, However I was always asked about other concerns / ailments. His staff was always professional and I never waited long to see him. I learned the best way to work with Dr. Walls was to say what was wrong, ask your questions, tell him your situation clearly. When I did that he would always give me a clear answer, Tell me approximately how much it would cost, Tell me what course of action we should try first based on my situation. If I still lived in Portland, I would still be going to Dr. Walls. I truly felt like he was in medicine because he cared about people.

I dont like that they dont have a voicemail to leave a message. You can only leave a message for the billing coordinator or a patient coordinator? But not if you want to make an appointment. The patient coordinator only takes messages from other providers. Not to mention that they gave us the medical records for another patient! With all his info. Address, SSN, DOB and his basic medical history. Huge breach of confidentiality. And while it was not OUR info, it was still VERY concerning. The Drs are great. The front desk staff? Not so much.

Dr. Wall and his entire staff ROCK! My son who is now 12 loves going to see his Dr. For anything. At 3 my son had many medical issues. Justwithin weeks of seeing Dr.Wall he was on the road to a new life. If Dr Wall couldnt fix it we were directed to someone who could. My son now can walk, talk, and can hear. I was getting a huge run around until we met Dr. Wall and his staff. Thank You

Theyre very thorough, kind, professional and they listen to you. I have had nothing but positive experiences with both doctors. I mostly use Sally as my primary, but I have no hesitation seeing anyone here if I need to.
