I was very anti-doctor before visiting Patrick. I always felt that other Doctors just didnt want to take the time beyond their 15 minute allotted slot to really determine if I had any health issues. Dr. Patrick Chapman not only took the time (my first visit was over an hour), but he also asked the right questions. I feel better now than I have in years. I believe in Naturopathic medicine, but do not recommend this practice. Staff did not communicate out-of-network expenses, did not follow through on getting files from previous physicians for necessary diagnosis, was rude about questions concerning errors on their part, did not respond after a trip to ER and finally sent threats for a collection agency on a bill in question that was not worked out. We are very unhappy about our whole experience here. Go elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic. I came in an emergency situation and they saw me almost immediately. They strive to make you feel comfortable and like you are being taken care of. Although I did not choose Patrick as my primary care physician due to insurance purposes, he did recommend me to the doctor I have been seeing for five years.
