After a really long debate about going to see another doctor, ( i recently moved to Yakima after 6 months in Sunnyside) i decided the drive just was too far to keep seeing my primary care. I went into the office in a LOT of pain. I was promised 3 referrals to specialists for various things and here I sit 3 months later still in pain, no pain pills, no referrals no help what so ever. I even called the referral coordinator on 3 different occasions to try and follow up myself about the promised appointments. There was an excuse every time. The first time she told me it was going to take some time to authorize with my insurance. Then the 2nd time, about a month later, one of the clinics in tri cities didnt accept my insurance. The 3rd and finial time they claimed that my insurance claimed to have never gotten the referral and they had the audacity to call me this morning and ask me if i was going to keep my 3 month follow up appointment. This place is super horrible, I wouldnt recommend this to ANYONE especially if youre in any kind of pain.

If I could give this place a zero I would. There was only one doctor there that I actually liked and he is no longer there. They make themselves so over booked that they dont have time to give "quality care" to their patients. The doctor I saw I had never seen before. She didnt listen to me, didnt want to hear what I had to say, she didnt talk to me about all of the issues that I had, and rushed me out. I arrived at the clinic at 9:15 am and was sitting in my car by 9:30 am. This is after sitting for over five minutes, talking with the nurse for five minutes, waiting for the doctor to come in, seeing the doctor and checking out for five minutes. so the doctor only gave me less than five minutes of her time. TERRIBLE! I will never go back. I am not a product on an assembly line, I am a human that deserves to be heard. How can you make proper medical advice without listening to your patient and how they have been feeling and what has been happening to them. Hate them, never again.

POOR management. I have been working in the medical profession for 10 years. Never have I seen pts get treated so badly. I will not be going back! Too many issues to want too return. I even tried to speak to the Larry the manger and he was awful! I would give the office a zero if I could! Please remember that your health is important and your healthcare providers should care also! He told me you cant please everyone and not once was he nice nor tried! Nobody has the right too treat you badly especially the owner/manger. TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WANT TOO BE TREATED. This is my first time writing a review in hopes that no one else has this same problem!

Worst experience with billing. They do not bill your insurance with proper codes and when your insurance company explains to you why they are not paying and you call to explain to them that the codes are wrong, the office manager Larry cusses you out. He is so unprofessional and does not understand that when you sign a HIPPA form, that means he is NOT allowed to talk about your account with people he knows that are related to you! Save time and just go to Apple Valley Family Medicine! Lawsuit may be pending for this!

It is what it is when you have bad insurance and they are the only ones who except your insurance you have to put up with some crap. like when the nurses never return your calls and you leave message after message after message. I would have to go to the tri-cities and may still not find a doctor that would take my crappy insurance. Some times I have to do their job as well as mine.

I used to be an RN. My experience there has always been good. Not perfect. But, no one is perfect. We are all human. I dont understand all the bad reviews. In my experience as an RN, I have found that some people just cant be pleased. They exaggerate their minor frustrations and inconveniences. And these complainers are the ones who tend to write reviews.

This is the worst clinic I have EVER been to, or dealt with! If you know whats good for you you will KEEP LOOKING for a place to go. Do NOT settle for this place! The staff is RUDE and the Doctors are CREEPY, asking all kinds of weird sexual questions.. Just dont go there!! Worst place ever!

Horrible unprofessional medical care. My prescriptions were wrong, never received a referral for further medical care. To complete my requests I made several phone calls, visits and even wrote a letter to receive a billing error months later

This place sucks, I was charged a huge balance and then they de-activated my account because I couldnt pay it off at once. Now I cant get my medication refills. Thanks a lot Quality, you guys suck.

Horrible place cyst came back. No referrals after months of waiting and calling and waiting. Same thing for my wife. Please if you value your health go someplace else.

I like this doctors office. Its nice. I reccomend this doctors office even though its a doctors office with lots of old people I still go there. :)
