Really like the lady in the back who helps the doctor, she was very helpful with my son who has speech delay better than the doctor , the doctor really quite does not smile or greats you.The front desk I like almost everybody except the old lady who is rude and everytime I go seems on a bad mood , I did notice she was nicier to some people . As I was leaving I notice she didnt give me the prescription for my son, had to ask her for it , also didnt gave me or told me where to get his glasses ,the rude lady was already taking care of another lady when I wasnt done with my questions. I personally had to ask the lady who was helping me in the back were to get my sons glasses , she was polite and told me where to get .

Very bad taste in my mouth after leaving the office today. I was originally scheduled for 2:00 appointment, and the office called earlier in the week and asked if I could come in at 12:45. I cleared my schedule to come in, and when I got there, every chair in the waiting room was full. I waited and waited and waited...45 minutes later I went to the front desk and asked for my money back so I could leave. There is no reason, unless a dr is delivering a baby, that her patients should have to wait for 45+ minutes. I have no idea how long I would have been there because I left, and I will likely never return. I know she does great work, but it is unfortunate that she cant keep up with the needs of her patients.

Lonely Little Kitten

Dr Tran is a wonderful, educated physician. I brought my daughter in for what I thought would be a routine eye exam. Dr. Tran diagnosed her with posterior uveitis and gave me the names & phone numbers to several specialists who could treat her medical diagnosis. Had my daughter not been diagnosed, she could have lost her eyesight. After 7 months of treatment, she is doing amazingly well. Very thankful Dr. Tran caught this.

She is a great Dr.! Staff and Dr. were very friendly! I loved the waiting room and all the fun books and toys for the kids. We had fun looking through an optical illusion book! She was very thorough in checking not only his eyes but lymph nodes for signs of infections. She gave useful advice and sent us home with samples and a prescription. Also pretty artwork, it didnt feel like a Drs office!

worst eye doctor there could be my daughter lost her glasses and they are refuseing to give me the messurements to her glasses saying i have to order them from them they are joke and over priced not to mention they lost her glasses the first time!!!!!!!!
