Working in the retail industry, I have very high demands for customer service. This clinic met my expectations and far exceeded them. The office staff promptly checked me in and had me ready to see the Dr. It was less than 5 minutes before the doctor had me in his office for the exam. The Dr. has amazing bedside manner and took the time to explain my condition and what my insurance would cover for glasses. Rather than just pushing new frames on me, the doctor inspected my glasses and suggested that I just get new lenses because my frames were still in good shape. Overall I am very impressed with the service and would suggest it to anyone.
