We are forced to use them because of our insurance. My husband went last year and it took several weeks to get his glasses. The office staff was pretty rude about it, and when they finally did come in, they were wrong. The replacements came faster, but not much faster. I went recently (we debated whether we should pay out of pocket - guess we should have!) for contact lenses. The doctor ordered contacts for me after a standard eye exam, They have an assistant who was supposed to how to use and clean them, but she was distracted and not very thorough. When they came in, it was a weekend, and they just sent me home with them. The Rx was wrong, so I called, and they said I needed to wait a week for my eyes to adjust to them, they messed up my appointment, and then when I saw the doctor again, she said, "I know, those arent the right Rx." I have been waiting 2 weeks for the correct lenses, they just told me today that its going to be two more weeks, but that it shouldnt matter because I said I would only wear them occasionally!! I also have had to pay a lot of money for these lenses, even though insurance is supposed to cover them, and they have yet to explain why. Overall terrible eyecare!

I ended up calling Eye Site because the place I purchased my very expensive Sillhouette frames from lacked the customer service one would expect when purchasing a pair of glasses in the nearly $600 price range. I explained to the very friendly woman that answered the phone that I had fallen asleep on the couch with my glasses on and they broke. Being in between jobs, I was quite scared at the prospect of having these things repaired. Even though I didnt buy them there they repaired them 100% free. They absolutely MADE MY WEEK! They were so nice and friendly the entire time I was there and their building makes you feel right at home considering it used to be a home! I will be back as soon as I return to work because I do need new lenses as well as an exam to check on my prescription. I will be recommending Eye Site to EVERYONE I know!!!!

Was quick to get in, called to make an appointment and got in the same day. The actual appointment felt a little rushed. The lady doctor was nice though and made me feel comfortable. Same as the one who did all the little tests before I saw the dr. Wish I could say the same about the old woman who kept shoving different frames in my hands after I had gone out in the waiting room while my eyes were dilating. I had told her I was going to wait to buy frames after I looked around at different places and she acted all annoyed like I wasted her time. If it weren't for her I'd have rated this place higher.

Good, professional service provided. First eye exam since elementary school so the following may or may not be surprising to some. The first medical-like appointment that was on time -- I was in and out with a complete eye exam in 45 minutes including filling out the new patient paper work and paying. The staff was friendly and fast, and the doctor was great -- not much for me to compliment or complain about but Ill be back for future eye care needs.

Ive been going to Eye Site in New Berlin for almost 5 years, and really enjoy it. I really like both Drs and think they do a good job of making you feel comfortable. Also since I am a young twenty-something, I really enjoy their choice of frames. They also always do a good job of helping you decide which frames to choose. Theyre long office hours during the week are also very convenient. I strongly recommend Eye Site Vision Care in New Berlin.

I have been going to eyesite since I was very young.Dr.Motisi has always been very nice and professional always caring about my visual needs. The staff is wonderful always explaining my insurance benefits and giving me a good understanding of what my insurance will pay for my glasses and contact lenses. I will say I pay a bit more at eyesite but the quality of my glasses and the warranty is outstanding!

Dr insulted me because I hadnt planned on eye dialation appt (just simple vision exam) and then the office manager treated me like an idiot because I didnt know how my new insurance policy handled lens fitting fees. And the lenses they sell are more than twice the price you find online. Horrible experience.

The Dr. was unprofessional. I felt like he was flirting, including telling me I was cute, hand on my shoulder, etc. He was this way with my children too--telling my 11 year old that the "boys must be after" her. I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. Their prices are also higher than most.

I visited with Eye Site for my yearly eye exam. Dr Motisi did a great job explaining what was happening during the exam and how new lenses would help me see better close up. I felt very comfortable with the staff and plan to return next year. Great job!
