I am new to the area and was recommended to this doctor from an associate at work - they are completely over priced and have horrible customer service. They charged me approximately $200 for an eye exam, $70 of which was for a contact fit & follow up. I have been wearing contacts for years and did not need this consultation - it was a series of 3 questions they asked about my current contacts & whether they were comfortable. Not exactly a "fitting" in my opinion. They asked me only to pay my co-pay and said I would get a statment for balance once it was submitted to my insurance provider - They didnt have my contact prescritpion in stock so I walked out compltely empty handed. I decided to go elsewhere to buy contacts after being ripped off & because I had a balance, I was told they wouldnt fax my prescription until it was paid. What a joke - I would have paid in full at the beginning if I knew I wouldnt get my prescription. Do not go here, its a total waste and they arent even friendly.

I have been going to Dr. Harry for years. He seems much more informed about gauging the condition of ones eyes to indicate other medical conditions than other eye care providers. I felt like I was going to an actual doctor, and not some kind of assembly line like some of the so-called "discount" providers. One of the opticians, Andrea, was particularly helpful, taking a long time to help me select frames that accented my features but were durable enough to handle being thrown in my backpack. Though the prices are a bit higher than Lens Crafters or somewhere like that, I thought it was worth it to feel taken care of and receive such a high level of service. My reading glasses need updating, and I plan to see the people at Signature Eyecare again for my new glasses.

The worst service I have received from a health care professional in my life. Dr. Harry is an above average OD, but definitely is not worth the service issues in the office. There are 3 different women who work the front desk at the office and 2 of them are very rude and condescending. Talking to you as if you are of a lower intelligence. The service is just very poor from the front desk, but that is probably because Dr. Harry is unaware of it. I will never go here again, and have already found a much, much better place than this. YIKES to whoever goes here.

Ive been going to Signature Eyecare since I was in high school, and have never had any problems. Dr. Harry has always been courteous and professional, and the receptionists are always friendly and willing to strike up a conversation. They have never pushed any services or products I did not need. Since I dont use contacts I cant speak as to their product pricing compared to other options.

My entire family has been seeing Dr. Harry for years. Doc is very thorough and Andrea out front helps us look our best and suggests frames that will look best with our shape and coloring. Even if we have to stop in for an adjustment, we are treated and sent on our way. A great doctor and office!

Dr. Harry and all the staff are really nice. They were up front about pricing and insurance, and that was really important to me. Dr. Harry also fit my contacts really quickly, which is hard to do since I have irregular corneas and a disorder called Keratoconus.

Very unprofessional service at the storefront. I usually stick to the same eye care clinic and I have been to more than a dozen in my lifetime. I have decided not to go there as I would go somewhere where customers are treated properly.
