I have been going to the Eye Care Center of Waterford for a number of years and hadnt had any problems until recently. I went in for a check up and was told AFTER my exam that they were no longer in my network to be covered by insurance. I gave Leslie, one of girls at the front desk, my insurance information the second I walked in and she even talked to them on the phone while I was waiting for my appointment. Because of this, I now have to pay close to $200 for that visit. She obviously knew this would happen but let me continue on with my exam anyway. I am very upset and will now find another eye Dr. This is a shame because I really like Dr. Parisi.

Eye Care Center of Waterford isnt just good at the basic things, they keep up-to-date. They know the latest technology and new options. Just recently I asked about a new surgery I had heard of and was able to get all of my questions answered right from the doctor.
