I stopped going here a few years ago and never got around to leaving this review. Dr. Nelson Charlie was my doctor. He was always a very polite and kind doctor so it pains me to write this. He prescribed ketoconazole pills and shampoo to get rid of acne caused by yeast in my skin. It worked very well every time I began the medication but they would always come back a few months after I stopped. I decided to do some of my own research only to discover the pills I was taking were banned in several countries due to the massive liver damage it caused patients to have. I was never warned nor told this important information about the medication I was taking. My pill bottle merely said "do not take with alcohol". I had no idea the medication I was taking could potentially kill my liver! I lost my trust in Dr. Charlie as a result.

Reception staff was rude. But, reception has nothing to do with doctor. When I went to see the doctor, she rushed through the whole appointment. I didnt get any of my concerns addressed. Extremely disappointed. I would give less stars but I heard Dr. Charlie is good so cant judge.

Dr. Charlie is awesome! He took his time explaining and educating on relevant conditions and cases pertinent to my visit. He was thorough and really cared about my overall health. Definitely recommend him!
