Very poor management. I had been there for a consult and was told to return 6 weeks later for a follow-up. They had no record of my previous appointment and my only proof that I wasnt lying was the appointment card they made me. They reviewed my medical history with me in an area with other patients waiting. I needed to receive an injection and instead of waiting for an open room they took me a side office, gave me the medication and basically shoved me out. This is no reflection on the doctors, but unless you like to be treated like a heard of cattle by their staff, go somewhere else.

DR.SMITH PLEASE FIND SOME GOOD HELP AT THE FRONT DESK YOUR APPOINTSETTER IS MAKING APPTS THEN NOT PUTTING THEM IN THE SYSTEM AND THEN SHES RUDE WHEN YOU SHOW UP FOR A APPT SHE MADE THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!!!Imade my daughter a ppointment monday they said thursday at 1:30 she get there and she say no one ever made that appointment well i did i am worried about my child with ovarian cyst no i did not get it wrong!!!This is the 3rd time in 2 yrs that this has happen its unexcuseable!!

All of these doctors in this office are the Best in the Bay. They are loving and care people. From the receptionist to the doctors. If u want a doctor that cares about the well being of not only your baby but you too. This is the office for you. Not all pregnancies are the same and this is how they have treated me for 19yrs and 5 kids later my husband and I still believe they are the best.

Dr. Ramsden delivered my son 1 month early. He was amazing. Had a C-section and had a very easy recovery. Also saw Dr. Percy, Mallory & Smith during my pregnancy and cannot say nice enough things about this practice. They also have a 24 on call nurse to help if you have problems. Great practice.
