As a wearer of eyeglasses for 45 years, and customer of many eyecare busineses - both single stores and large chains - at Bennett Family Eyecare I received just incredible and impeccable service. Phew a long wordy sentence - but the praise is worthy. If you havent tried Bennett, youve missed visiting the one place the other stores should model their services against. For example, in preparation for my new progressive lenses I was asked how I used my glasses most - close up detailed work - and they used an instrument to precisely register my ideal progression. WOW is all I can say.

My experience at Bennett Family Eye Care started off as a good one. I was pleased with my eye exam. When I went to order my glasses I used my husband VSP and I paid $500.00 for my frames and lens. My lens were scratched and they had to be returned 2 times over a months time. I find it hard to beleive that I still should have had to pay for the lens when the company they used messed them up twice! I would never recommend ordering glasses but the exam is ok......
