If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience at this office. Customer service is non-existent! The woman working was incredibly rude and acted as if she couldnt be bothered doing her job. (I did not get her name because I was so upset by the time I left) I would NOT recommend this branch, especially for a glucose tolerance test. The room itself is in a basement and the waiting area barely fits 6 people. I immediately left and went to the brookline location where they were lovely!

The lab tech Elitia( this is what she told me her name is), had my doctors order sitting on her desk and told me that she never got it. I had to call my doctor again to get it refaxed and then she took the order that was sitting at her desk and put it in the shredder. Very inconsiderate person, she was on a personal call when I walked in and then she finished her call and started working as if she was busy without paying any attention to me. Will never go there again....

DO NOT BE LATE FOR APPT.! I was not late and was seen at my appointed time. However, there were individuals that were more than 5 minutes late for their appointment and where still there after I left. It appears as there is some policy about being more than 5 minutes late. You should also confirm your appointment if you made it online. I was in and out of there quickly.

Completely unprofessional. The woman behind the desk loudly discusses your reason for visit, which can clearly be heard in the waiting area. Fairly sure thats a violation of several patient privacy laws and rulesets.
