NorDx boast a big talk when it comes to getting employees to sign up, but never delivers on any promises. I have witnessed a lot of inappropriate practices with the management as their common practice is to be bullies to the under staff. They pay was low, you always get promised raises, and never get any. You will also have a very hard time getting your paid time off as the management will constantly give reasons as to why you can not have time off that you request. I stayed 2 years with this company, never got a single raise, and had to start calling in sick just to get the time off I requested months in advance, they are very crooked when it come to handling their employees. I pity the good people I left behind when I quit, if your smart you would avoid this company as both a employer and employee as you will never be happy with any of your results.

My doctor ordered a bunch of labwork for me, and- after my insurance told me which labs they wouldnt cover- the receptionist went out of her way to pull up each of those labs on her computer so she could tell me how much they would cost. Thats the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.

Always excellent service. Their site says they are not open on Saturday, which is inaccurate. Some locations are not, but the Scarborough location is.
