I went in for a pap smear but the doctor suggested I do a physical exam first in my first visit which I did as its 100% covered by my insurance once a year. But a month later I was surprised when I received a bill over $100 from the physical exam. I dug into what happened and found out that the doctor requested "extra" lab work beyond what is under my preventative maintenance without fully disclosing this information at time of service. I tried to address with the doctors assistant first who was very unhelpful and clueless, then spoke directly with the doctor who kept saying I needed to talk to the lab directly to resolve the bill when I already did from the start and they told me to talk to the doctor who submitted the lab work... very frustrating and never dealt with such doctor before. Find another doctor who is reliable AND honest!!

DR. Lara , was recommend to us as we are new to area and had to switch doctors . I found her to be a very helpfully and compassionate person . Explains all answers all questions no rushing you out off office . My wife went after and found the same experince as I did we never had the actual doctor take blood and from first shot pain less and clean . Also her office staff is great found her to be very nice . Had to get emergence EKG and Blood work for surgery they take me in with out appointment and the office nurse did all also very professionally . Small clean office .

I found Dr. Mor Zilberstein to be a lovely person, an excellent doctor and provided me with a great benefit as I began navigating a series of difficult medical issues. Its pretty rare to find a family doctor with her qualifications here in NJ. Im so happy I found Dr. Mor Zilberstein. I checked all her ratings online and I have sent several friends to her that are also pleased with her and her office. Never had a problem with long waits and treated well always. Helped me every time and easy appointments.

Exceptional doctor. Caring, efficient, knowledgeable, and skilled doctor who cares for her patients as whole persons and not just as diagnoses/cases. She is not only a remarkable diagnostician, but also makes great plans to help patients with their problems. And her assistant Samantha is super nice, responsive, and efficient too, which really helps.
