First appt was with Sharon Gregory.. the PA. She was nice. I did have a scheduling issue I overlooked because things happen. Second follow up visit I got to my appt and they told me my appt was a half hour earlier and with another doctor... who wasnt even a dr. I wasnt thrilled. I asked for a copy of my blood work which I had a few days prior but they would not give it to me. The secretary upfront was unkind and wouldnt look me in the eye. I obviously will be looking for another doctor. Very unfortunate and frustrating.

Dr. Frantz is the best. Fantastic quality of care and extremely approachable. Added plus: her office staff is extremely good at what they do, and they are some of the most courteous professionals Ive met in healthcare. Really, an outstanding office, overall.

Dr. Frantz has been my PCP for 8 years. She is the most compassionate, gentle, caring, warm, loving, helpful, doctor Ive ever had the privilege of seeing. I moved across the country and miss her and her staff!

Dr. Frantz has been my primary care physician for almost a year. Shes very good, and even was able to accomodate my sick husband when he had the flu (same day) despite him being a new client.
