This is one of those places that are so full they really should stop accepting new patients. Im between 6-8 weeks pregnant, saw one of their top obstetricians and was never given prenatals. Not even a follow up appointment. JuSt told to get my hcg and progesterone checked. I did so and they never called with the results. I had cramping and spotting a few days later, they never called me back after I left a message with their receptionist. Two days later I called to find out some doctor reviewed it, but didnt call back. Wth?! Think thats bad? Thats not all. About a week after going for the hcg and progesterone test (which they got the next day just never called) I went to their urgent care for a suspected uti. The summary gave me a print out of my most recent lab tests including the one i took a week prior which showed my hcg and progesterone levels EXTREMELY LOW!! So low the pregnancy could be considered nonviable. The progesterone should be at least a 15 to 20. AT LEAST. Im a 6. A 6!! And they never called to address the situation which can lead to a miscarriage! I immediately called another office who is having me in tomorrow morning to get my levels and put me on progesterone tabs asap so I dont suffer a miscarriage. These doctors may be "good", but theyre either too busy or something because they cant keep up with their patients for anything. I do not recommend this facility of the use of obstetrics and gynecology.

First it took me over 2 weeks to get a hold of an actual person to schedule my brain MRI in the radiology Dept, time sensitive and I had to get transferred to about 3 people until I got a "director" who accidentally scheduled me in another office over an hour away!! I had to fast, I get to the west nyack building and nobody there can help me despite their tremendous error! So I get rescheduled in Middletown, drive over an hour to be told the time the other office scheduled me was wrong and I had to wait another 2 hours there. This was so poorly run I am just disgusted!!!

Went to the West Nyack location for my prenatal care and I loved them. The facility itself is a state of the art building, brand new and very clean. Hardly ever waited and the doctors and staff were friendly, accommodating and thorough. Just made my first appointment, able to be seen on same day, for my baby with their pediatrics division. Very grateful to have found Crystal Run, which is so close to home and can feel so comfortable knowing me and my child are in good hands.

Very happy with this provider. With flexible payment plans for treatments not covered on insurance. Crystal Run makes it possible to receive quality preventive care. You cant ask for service - 24 hour phone reps.

I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 am the first one so we can be on time in my job, we came on time but they let us wait and they let us wait when I went to complain they just laughed at me, very rude.
