I have been going to this office for years, the Drs are very nice and often you can get them to accommodate walk ins, The office does have a very "Get them in and get them out" feel to it, but they are very good for what I need However, the reason I am only giving 2 stars is because once you walk out of the office any semblance of helpfulness vanishes. If you need a prescription refilled and you call to ask, you can leave messages galore but dont expect a call back. If you call an ask for a Dr to call you back, dont expect a call back. If you call and try to get someone on the phone, you are usually put on hold, then hung up on several minutes later. Hopefully they can fix the customer service issues as overall I know the Doctors there and they are very good doctors in my opinion, they just need to fix customer service

My family and I have come to this office for over 20+ yrs. The change has been horrible. Every time I call, I get disconnected. When they say theyll call back, they dont. When I do come in the reception girls are snippy and rude. I wait for over 30 minutes outside, then another 15 minutes inside the private room. When the Dr.s come in , she seemed rushed and didnt even take my vitals or seem to listen to me. My family and I are going to Dr. Paganos office and going to be treated with respect again.

This drs office is terrible they keep you on hold forever never come back to the phone are always rude. I have gone there due to convenience of location not because they are good. I have only see the head dr weiner once and when I went it was because my eye was swollen and he actually laughed at me when he saw it and said oh thats strange. he really is a weiner I guess terrible drs office I wouldnt recommend them to anyone I know!!!

Dr. Wiener and the support staff were very pleasant (and thorough). Since this was my first visit to the office, I was impressed by the time and care Dr. Wiener provided. I left the office with all of my questions and concerns addressed. Dr. Wiener also addressed aspects of my overall health that I had not even considered. I would recommend Dr. Wiener and the support staff with enthusiasm.

I will never use this medical practice again! Dr. Weiner failed to respond to my messages via the app he uses. More so, I had to call constantly to inquire about changing a Rx. The information flow within this organization is awful from my personal experience. I will no longer patronize a medical facility that is not responsive to their patients.

I also have never seen either Wiener or Pagano, even after ten years. Also, the PA constantly change, so you never actually know who youre going to see. Also, you have no opportunity to build an actual relationship with anyone. Its easy to schedule, but thats the only positive.

Ive been here five times over the last four years. The young doctor (his name escapes my mind) is very thourhgouh and helpful. Not the just fill the script type of guy. I think the new blood is going to do the place good.

Doctors are always in lot of hurry. They give very poor diagnosis. Customer service staff keeps you on hold for minutes and then hangs up the phone.

Dr. Weiner is Good but the reception staff is terrible. Put you on hold and never pick up, They are abrupt and rude when you are there.

Been a patient for 20 years. These doctors are great.
