I cant even articulate how awful this woman is. I disliked her right from the get-go, but I assumed I was just being judgmental. I was wrong. Shes condescending. Shes a know it all. She constantly interrupts you while discussing symptoms because she thinks she already knows what youre going to say, and then shell say there isnt enough information to diagnose you and orders tests. I came in for anxiety and she was rude and obnoxious and extremely judgmental (note that during the conversation I explained to her that I was scared of talking to her, right then, and anybody else ever), and when I tried explaining my situation (it was something I should NOT have had to justify that to a doctor) in clear agitation at her abhorrent behavior, she told me that she could not help me, and left the room. When I came in for anxiety. Then I came home and yelled to my family about it, and I found out that Id heard horror tales of Elena Pappas before, I just didnt know the name. Were friends with a girl who used to work for the doctor, and the woman is insane and tyrannical. Theres nothing inherently wrong with being fat, but the doctor is a large woman. However, she polices everyones food around the office. Theyre only allowed to eat what she says they can, and she made one of her workers cry for bringing in poorer choices. Shes mean to all the people in her office. Only one (I believe it was one) of her workers is an actual employee, the rest are all students and she does this on purpose so she doesnt have to pay anyone. And this girl WHO WORKED ALONGSIDE THIS DOCTOR said that she doesnt care about her patients at all and treats them like dirt. That she only treats people for the checks, and she hardly ever writes prescriptions or actually does anything to help anyone. So never, EVER go to see Elena Pappas. Youre better off using Web MD and your local street pharmacist (but I wouldnt advise that, either).

Went to MD with one specific concern and left with a pile of referrals she said I needed to complete before she would help with my one concern. One was blood work when I had blood work the week before but she wanted the exact same thing again. I asked for a scrip for non narcotic pain reliever since it would be so long till my one concern would be address and she refused. Assistant had asked me to guess dose and I didnt know so she said I asked for wrong dose instead of just writing it for the correct dose. I questioned why I had to get all these other tests that were unnecessary and I was told, "you dont dictate how she runs her practice".

Dr. Pappas is the worse doctor I have ever been to. She does not care at all about her patients, all she cares about is booking as many appointments as possible and getting through them in record time. She is rude and nasty, all she does is hand out referrals to other doctors. She never answers any questions, just runs back and froth from one patient to another. She became a doctor for the money, certainly not to help people. I got a better diagnosis from Web MD. This woman has no business holding a medical license, she is completely useless!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pappas for 5 years. I have and continue to refer my family and friends to her. She is caring,knowledgeable, and spends time with patients. There is a lab on site that can take care of any needed blood work, staff are friendly and helpful. Overall my experience with Dr. Pappas and her office has been nothing but positive and I will continue to be proud to have her as my physician. EXCELLENT!

Dr. Pappas goes above and beyond any doctor Ive been too. Shes done biopsies of my moles right in the office and saved me the aggrevation of going to the dermatologist. Rather than pushing aside the wax in my childs ear to see her eardrum, she actually cleaned her ear with a rinse! I love that my blood can be drawn right in the office; such a time saver. Great experience with a great doctor

Dr. Pappas is absolutely amazing. If it wasnt for her my grandma may not be here today. My grandma who lives on NY, was down for a visit. Well her PCP misdiagnosed her for a few months, Dr. Pappas meet her ONCE and saved her life. She is extremely attentive to her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone... Her staff is also extremely friendly!!

Went for follow.up on bloodwork, never got to see Dr. Pappas, her receptionist/office manager got very nasty and racial. Been leaving messages for Dr. to call me since Sept. 12th, but no response. Seems Dr. Pappas isnt a caring doctor towards patients,.
