Let me start by saying having many years experience working in a medical office & also having siblings who are doctors as well in the area in private practice Ive never seen a horrible run office. Numerous times I gave the benefit of the doubt to stay thinking that the next time it wouldnt be as bad but each time I was very disappointed. The reasons are as follows..#1no matter if you have an appt or a walk in you will have to wait in the waiting room for no less than a little over an hour, then they put you in a room and its another 20-30 minutes. #2 There is a big turnover. Doctors, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, front office are never the same. That speaks volumes as to how the practice is run. and finally #3 I had an appt for a physical and tried calling the office the morning of to cancel due to an unexpected emergency and no one picked up the phone .I called for 30 minutes straight. I never was able to get through. I then receive a $30 charge for no cancellation. When i received this bill i then again tried calling the office to reach out and again no one picked up the phone for 1 hour straight. So when the next day came I called again & spoke with office manager Victoria and I explained what happened and she told me I need to call corporate because shes unable to remove the charge. I told her she could check the caller id on the phone to see how many times I called so she knows Im not lying. Corporate was very nice after I explained what happened and moved the charge. I had faith again in this facility until I just received a letter in the mail that they are discharging me from their practice. All I could do is laugh and once again when reading the letter they once again were incompetent and sent a certified copy to the wrong insurance copy. So public if you have an emergency PLEASE DONT GO THERE. A new place opened across the way that seems better. There are many more to choose from. Your health deserves top care not bottom of the line care like youre in a circus.

I called when I was sick and was told that they accepted my insurance as they were in network. I saw the nurse and a month later, I was billed the full amount for the visit as they are out of network. I also found it troubling that they threatened collections on the first payment request we received. I paid the balance but I disputed what happened with their billing department and the office itself as I have zero co pay when in network, I was told by each person that they would call me back within the next 3 days as they had to look into it. They (billing department and the office) never called and when I called back a few weeks later, they blamed my insurance company. I proceeded to call my insurance company with their billing company and it was confirmed that they arent in network. When I spoke to the office again, it was blame everyone else but all is well on their end I guess as they got the $214

Called to see if doctor Perlik or Dennis were in and was told Dr. Perlik was. Told receptionist that I would be over shortly. Hours of operation for this day were 8 to 7pm. Arrived 2:25 pm, at clinic & was told they were not taking anymore patients without an appointment. I would have made an appointment when I called earlier if I had know they werent taking any walk ins after a certain hour. I should have been told this on the phone. I have been to this clinic before & this is the very first time that I was treated as if they didnt care. Am very disappointed with the way I was treated & the attitude of the associate at the front desk. I went to another facility down the road. This will be my now to go clinic if needed.

Very disappointed. Went in on Sunday at 2:35 with a dog bite injury. Was leaving town on business first thing in the morning and knew we needed a tetanus shot and antibiotics. We were told to leave because they stop taking patients at 2:30. I pleaded and they asked if we were established patients. We were not and they said sorry, we would take you if you were. They even went back to ask the Dr. if they could see us and the Dr. sent us on our way! This is an emergency walk in medical center and we arrived 25 minutes before closing. I was so upset at the complete lack of caring and compassion. I will never step foot in the facility and neither will anyone I know. Terrible...

Five Starts, no doubt!!! Ive been a patient here in the past 2 years and Im very happy that I found this place. Anna Perlik is absolutely great provider, very thorough, caring and helpful at all time. The staff is amazing, they always take care of my problems and helped finding specialist the same day I asked. But what I like the most is that I only had to pay the office visit copay for urgent care visit when I got sick and I was able to avoid high ER/urgent care charges! I definitely recommend this office to all who needs Primary and Urgent care in one stop shop, plus they have X Rays and Lab on site, very convenient.

Short wait, seen in the order you arrived. Dr. Mina Scott is by far the most patient and understanding doctor I have ever been to. My first time there was for an allergic reaction to poison ivy, on a Sunday when my regular doc was closed. Ive since made Dr. Scott at the Walk-In my go to doc. She also removed rust from working on a car from my eye, and has treated me year after year, time and time again for poison ivy outbreaks. Again, shes just nice, understands Im there because Im not well, and takes the time to explain the problems, the medications, etc. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Scott at this office.

unproffesional doctors who dont show up for work ,on 7/23/16 i waited from 9 to 10.15 am staff says dr is late then told me she will come at 11.30 i came back at 11.30 dr was there but i could here them with staff giggling making jokes after waiting in room alone for 37 minutes i walked out of that place never to go back i made copays twice i didnt even went to recover it so dissapointed at there facility. also they dont want to give antibiotics i use to take my dad there too but my last 5 experinces with them are miserable, careless doctors front desk n medical assistants are nice and on time. good luck

Not a friendly front desk. Incompetent and non-caring, like robots!! I have been a patient here for two years or so basically just to keep up my blood pressure medications. Appointments are a farce. You will still wait 30-60 minutes. Try getting a med refilled via phone, no way. All they want is your copay. There is a revolving door of front desk personnel all straight out of DeVry Tech. Doctors come and go, what is ever convenient for them. Do yourself a favor and find a more intimiate and caring physician, who is just not in it to meet financial goals. Dr. Perlik is the only one worth her salt.
