This doctor is completely unprofessional and rude. I made an appointment only to wait for over an hour to see him for a simple matter. Then he left the door open during the appointment. Wheres the privacy in that? He bullied me into getting blood and lab work done and I couldnt stay. (I had a babysitter for only a set time.) I had to put my foot down and leave the building to end the appointment. He just called me back with my lab results which were fine but screaming at me to returned because my blood pressure was too high. Yes, screaming. My blood pressure has never ever been an issue and this the same bullshit line he used on my husband who saw him too. I have an autistic son. I told him I would return in Sept when he would be in school. He kept screaming at me to come in. I am not bringing my 11 year old in with me. I wound up hanging up on him and telling him I would seek medical care elsewhere. He is clearly unhinged.

Can someone explain to this guy what an "appointment" means? 1. three hours for a scheduled appointment? 2. who schedules 4 patients at the same time? 3. I have been the first patient scheduled and still waited for over 1 hour 4. I have received calls about lab work from the office and then told I had to call back to speak with the Dr. on Monday?! Why would you call someone without the results to go over? 5. I have called in an waited on hold for in excess of 10 minutes; then hung up on. 6. I have been sent to off site testing and never received the results. I asked several times but never learned how the test went? 7. he is a nice person but terrible with keeping timely appointments. 8. every time I have gone there is new office staff. There is someone new at the desk every month.

My doctor is Harold Cotler. I think he is very professional and knowledgable. Anytime I am in the office, he reviews my meds and listens to me. I believe he diagnosis illness very well. Any meds he gives me helps me immediately. Also, he uses a computer type phone and sends the prescription in so that I can pick it up on the way home form his office. As far as waitiing - sometimes there is a wait - however, I believe that perhaps someone needs some extra time. I dont usually wait very long. Dr. Cotler is one of the few doctors that takes calls all day. Most doctors dont call back for days or weeks. When I have needed an answer to a question he has always been there for me. I rate him highly for his knowledge and his personable manner

I echo MFGeneral... This is a great doctor for someone who has all the free time in the world and wants to sit in a waiting room with 20 other strangers all waiting an hour for the appointment. I made a FIRST appointment for the moment they opened, and it was me and about 6 others. How many appointments can you make for the same time? I was pleasantly surprised when they brought me right in after a 5 minute wait, and sat me down on the exam table - but then I waited over 45 minutes for the doc to show up. I will not be going back. Respect goes two ways - and they clearly do not respect the patients. Its hard enough to keep a job in this economy without taking off a whole morning just for someone to check your ears and tell you to cough.

This place is a complete JOKE. I went in as a new patient and didnt even get seen. After witnessing the utter idiocy of the girl working the front desk, who would have been fired after 5 minutes of working for me, I waited for over an hour to be seen by absolutely nobody. Its no wonder this office was empty (which is even more frustrating. Why was I sitting around with my thumb up my ass for an hour if no one is there??) There were at least 3 doctors literally sitting in rooms on their phones and I cant be seen? I genuinely hope this shithole gets shut down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Ive been here three times. The first time I waited about 45 minutes to see the doctor. The second time I waited about an hour. The third time, I was still waiting, over an hour and a half later, and decided to get up and leave. Not to mention he misdiagnosed my dad with a common cold, only to find a few days later he had the chicken pox. Way too long of a wait, to see I doctor who clearly only cares about jamming as many patients as he can into one day.

Always a ridiculous wait time. Now it is 70 minutes past the appointment. It has been this way for years. Do not come here unless your time means absolutely nothing. Obviously he has his staff over.book every day. The staff though, is not rude. But, it is my guess that if they do not.overbook they would lose their jobs. Dr. Cotler, though, is a good physician, but because of the wait time, he shows no respect to his patients .

Very thorough check up. The Dr took his time and covered everything. They just dont make them like that anymore. He took the time to listen and was not treated like an assembly line chicken, like every other Dr Ive been to. Plus he has more of a wholistic aproach.Not a long waiting time either. I would recommend Dr Cotler to anyone.

If I could give this doctor a negative number I would. He is clearly in this profession for the money and pharmaceutical perks. He is arrogant, over medicates his patients without knowing their history and makes his patients wait far beyond reasonable amounts of time. His staff is also very rude and unhelpful.

Went as a new patient yesterday and was pleasantly surprised... Staff was very friendly and Dr. Cotler was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. If youre looking for a wam bam kinda place- this isnt it. Very hard to find doctors that look at the big picture these days. Highly recommend!

Very good Doctor. Old school practitioner that does not just throw drugs at you to remedy the problem. Listens very well and has a pleasant staff. Good guy, highly recommendable.
