Dedicated and determined doctor who thinks outside the box and really listens and believes his patients. Our son was seen by countless doctors and specialists, had numerous scans, MRIs, blood work for 9 months and nothing was determined and he was released from care from doctors we trusted for years and other so called specialists even in Philadelphia. Dr Kenneth Kronhaus dismissed their findings and gave our son the proper diagnosis within 5 minutes of seeing him. Ordered blood work from a lab outside of Jersey and the lab results confirmed just what Dr Kronhaus suspected. Had we gone to Dr Kronhaus had months earlier our son would have been spare nine months of ill health and many medical complications. Our whole family is now under his care and we highly recommend him, his wife and the other doctors n office staff

I have been a. patient of Jersey Coast Family Medicine for five years. When I moved to Ocean County I had to find a new primary care physician . What a wise choice I made While Dr. Kronhaus is my primary care I have also been seen by Dr. Ussery and Dr. Montgomery.All three are extraordinary practitioners I have been diagnosed, prescribed for, reassured, and helped in making health care decisions. always done with care, kindness and a smile. A added plus is their office is the cleanest I have ever seen. Their staff is incredible, always happy, ready to help and to laugh and smile with you, You know that you are a real person in their eyes and not just a number. I will continue on the journey I call life and know I am in the best of hands..They all deserve a round of applause.

Dr. Kronhaus has been my GP for the past 2 years. I have a very complicated chronic disease and interviewed him first to make sure he was willing to take me on. I do not remember how long I had to wait for the initial appointment but it was not that long. He has worked well with my many other doctors. Whenever Ive needed an appointment he has seen me immediately. He even arranged for me to have in-office IV infusions of saline for dehydration so I wouldnt be exposed to germs at a center and set me up in one of his rooms for the day. His staff is friendly and well organized. The longest I have ever had to wait once I checked in was about 10 minutes and that was due to a computer problem that slowed things down. He has been very compassionate and helpful.

I have never seen the doctor so this review is for his office. I called to make an appointment for my son, who is now 23, and is no longer under the care of a pediatrician. The receptionist told me that the doctor could see him in July because he is a new patient!!!!!!! Seriously....I said he is sick now! The woman was just so smug and told me to take him to a walk-in clinic. Its not like we dont have insurance. We have great medical insurance. I just think it is outrageous if you are a new patient you cannot be seen until July. The office really should rethink that policy. I would not recommend this office to anyone and obviously, If I did, they would never get in to see either doctor!!!

I have been going there for the last 2-3 years and I have never liked it. You tell the nurse all the things that are bothering you and he comes in and only addresses one of them. He doesnt even look at you when he talking to you, only looks into the dam computer screen, and never even has any kind of conversations with you. Its a "family" practice so how about talking to people about their families or even the weather or something!!!!! I work in an office with patients and its important to make the patients feel as though you "care" about them. Very COLD personality for being a doctor!!!! I think its time for a change. Even my husband feels the same way about him.

I am sorry to hear negative feed back as well. I have been a patient for about 6 or 7 years now and have referred 4 others to the office. Myself and all who I have referred, have had nothing but rave reviews. The staff is friendly; both Dr. K. Kronhaus and Dr. Urssary are thorough, friendly, patient and listen to any issues or concerns you have. I will continue to refer anyone looking for good doctors to contact them, as I feel confident about the care and experience they provide.

I read others reviews and I am sorry you felt that way. Like the doctors, they take more time with my family and speak to you explain any situation you have questions about. Cant imagine someone not being happy. Its a very difficult business to be in these days with insurance. But I cant say anything but we are happy.

I love Dr. Kronhaus and all his staff! They are friendly, efficient, and extrememly helpful. I have only part of my thyroid, and Dr. Kronhaus was open to totally changing my treatment, making me feel better than I have in over 15 years. He listens to his patients, and that is irreplaceable.

Amazing doctor. both him and his wife are very thorough. Staff is very helpful, and appointments are easy to get and within a very reasonable time. Waiting time is never long.
