Awful experience with this office. I went in for tooth pain. While working on the tooth in question, Dr. DOnofrio saw how much work Ive had done in my mouth and joked about how much money he will make off me. He then went on about how much hes made in the stock market over the years. He took phone calls and carried on other conversations while working on me. Fine, whatever. The x-rays showed I had another tooth with decay getting close to the nerve. He said I had to get the work done immediately. I asked him repeatedly how much it would cost for the tooth he just did as well as the one he wanted to work on. He kept answering, "dont worry about it". I reiterated that I had a $1,500 max on my insurance and couldnt afford to go past it. "Dont worry about it". After the work was done, I had plenty to worry about. I got hit with a huge bill. When I spoke with the front desk, they could care less. The best solution they could come up with was to bill some of the work this year and hold off to bill the remainder the following year. I didnt want to do that in case I needed additional work the next year and because I didnt want to commit fraud. Worst part was she shoddy crown. Dr. DOnofrio fitted me with a crown after the root canal. All other crowns done by another dentist look and feel like a tooth. Dr. DOnofrios crown looks like a block, perfectly square. Even worse, he didnt bother to check the bite fit. I had to go back to get it shaved down by Dr. Ryan (who was very nice, by the way). I now drive 16 miles away to a great dentist office in Denville. Id much rather than do that than deal with this awful dentist thats only 3 minutes from home.

Nothing so unprofessional that a 70 dentist is giving the middle finger to a patient refusing to treat him when having a dental emergency.total weirdo,pycho go back to long island omg I see a review before mine from Heidi this is e same exact thing he said to my sono No stars for this sorry office
