Truth is dr has a lot of patients and children that he attends to so of course the wait time is long, the workers get there job done and most of the time there working simultaneously, dr is dedicated to his patients and parents... emergency situations they allow you to stop right in..if your not patient with them how are they going to be patient with you. He accepts patients all year round and never closes his door on anyone
