First before I make this review I want to say Ive been bringing my daughter (12)here for the last 10 yrs. Her original Dr hasnt been there in 2 yrs which we loved, that being said, Dr. Dana Nedelea is/was her pediatrician and felt she was good up until today. My daughter has been suffering fever, congestion, cough, headache and 2 of our family members have sinus infection same symptoms which Im sure she has too. After examining her told me she has allergies... No allergies cause fever and since I gave her Tylenol before her appt. It wasnt showing up so she refused to give he antibiotics but her solution was for me to wait in the waiting room til the medicine wore off and shed reexamine her, really??? Not believing a parent who has been with her everyday she sees her 5 min and determines shes not sick... and she also wanted to give her a flu shot I refused because I KNOW shes sick and Im not going to bombard her immune system until shes better. I have never had a Dr not listen to a mother about her child and to be told to just come back tomorrow or wait in the waiting room to prove shes sick. Yes, Im sure youd love to get paid twice for something that couldve been solved now. Drs. may have a license but we see our children all day and know when theyre sick or not. Pick another Dr for your child, she doesnt listen to feedback, plus you wait 2 hours to be seen.

Complaint! I left a message to cancel my appointment on 12/6 and to reschedule. Since it is a time sensitive appointment, hepatitis shot which this would be the second shot, Im shocked that Ive called 3 days and still havent gotten a new appointment. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable and will be forwarded to the appropriate parties. Last person I spoke to was a nurse Gloria Evette? Tried calling Samuel Palau but he never called back. Theres no reason the Dr. Couldnt speak to nurse about a rescheduled visit! This is rediculous!!!

They are the worst place to go to.....the staffs are very UNPROFESSIONAL YOU WAIT A MILE A MIN FOR OVER AN HOUR BEFORE SOMEONE EVEN PICK UP...YOU GET PLACE ON HOLD AGAIN BEFORE YOU EVEN GET TO SAY A WORD. I FEEL BAD FOR THE DOCTORS BUT THEY NEED TO FIRE ALL STAFF AND START OVER ONE POSITION AT A TIME. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I had a 1030 appointment I had to wait until 12 oclock before I saw a doctor then waited to get my blood work done and to top it off I never received a phone about my results.. try calling on the phone for one hours then the phone cut off

Hard to get them over the phone. But are very helpful and friendly when you do. Staff and Doctors are great. Very comfortable going here.
