Pros: 1) I have a hard time finding doctors that accept my employer provided insurance. This office accepts it and didnt give me any problems with my carrier. 2) The office is very easy to locate, and close to major subways. Cons: 1) I waited 45 minutes for my noon appointment. The PA was unavailable/late so My noon appointment was pushed to about 1 oclock. I was not warned in advance. When you take a lunch break to go to a doctors appointment, having to wait an addl 45 minutes is problematic. Some flexibility is required on your part when visiting a doctor, because they get backed up. I totally understand that. But when you schedule a visit at noon and you dont see the PA until 1:10, thats problematic. 2) When meeting with the PA, she was unable to help me. It was my initial visit and she mostly said that she would like me to come back when the doctor was available. I am unsure why they even scheduled my appointment if the doctor was so integral to the process. I am always suspicious of doctors offices that maximize your appointments, trying to get you to come back as much as possible. The PA also told me to go research different procedures that they offer on the internet, to see if I was interested in any of them. I really wish they had told me that before my appointment, so I could have come in with that information and had a discussion about it. Its very annoying to be asked to come back in 4 weeks when I was already in their office. But like I said above, it seems its mostly about maximizing the number of appointments. Regardless, I dont think I will go back. Like most people I work during the day and I need some reliability in my doctor appointments. While I was waiting an hour to be seen, MANY other patients came in for their appointments and not one of them seem surprised when they were told they were going to have to wait 30 mins to an hour. This location is close to my house, so it seemed very convenient. But the 15 minutes travel time I save going to a doctor in Manhattan is definitely offset by the 45 minute wait time here. Between the wait and the fact that I couldnt really get any definitive answers, It just really wasnt a great first impression. EDIT: 12/29/2016 I am adjusting my review because the Dr. Called me and apologized for the Snafu and asked what could be done. I appreciate that. I dont think the office is a good fit for me regardless, but the doctor didnt have to reach out if she didnt want too, so I added stars for the Customer Service.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Rose. I brought my mother in for a check up and she was very professional, knowledgeable and made my mother and I feel very comfortable. We didnt wait long to be seen and the staff at the front desk was kind and approachable. I highly recommend Dr. Rose and her practice.

Very Amazing Doctor! I personally do not like doctors at all but she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. Answered every question. You can tell she TRULY loves her job. Quick Wait. Truly cares for her patients. Even went out of her way to google the shampoo I was using.

Dr. Rose is an amazing dermatologist. She and her staff are knowledgeable, personable, and thorough! The clinic is easy to find and just a short walk from the train. I will be returning for all of my skincare health and maintenance needs. Patients are in great hands here!

Very professional and great service. The staff is organized and quite friendly. Dr. Rose really goes out of her way to make her clients feel comfortable. I had brought my mother there to be treated and she really made the visit quite pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone.

She is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor but her front desk staff does not come across the same as she does, not as approachable and forget it if you have an emergency its very challenging getting an accommodating appointment or any compassion for your emergency. .
