HORRIBLE! My sweet dog experienced his first seizure, we rushed him there as quickly as we could. While being examined he had another full blown seizure, cunvulsing and peeing on himself and the vet had the nerve to say we close in 25 minutes before she even tried consoling him or giving him medication. The staff was cold and dismissive it seemed as though our babys health was an inconvenience to them getting home on time. I understand everyone wants to get out of work but vets are doctors, you wouldnt leave a child cunvulsing on a table because you have dinner plans. I have brought multiple dogs here for years and I will NEVER return. Its quite a shame considering my dog might have epilepsy and we made it a point to say how close we lived to the vet, he has a chart with them you would think they would want us to continue to bring him there. As our dog was being examined a random cat came into the room! They have animals just walking around its not clean or a safe environment.

I Baldwin Harbor Animal Hospital has been a part of my family for over 30 years and could not imagine going anywhere else for amazing care of my dogs. The doctors are so skilled, trustworthy, friendly and compassionate. The doctors are so kind and take the time to explain everything to you. I love Dr. Dattner and Dr. Suciu and Dr. Rudner. The staff from the vet techs to the folks at the front desk are so friendly and caring as well. When you leave the BHAH after a visit you leave with a comfort that your pet is in amazing hands. I LOVE THE BHAH and so will you!!!!!!!!!

Just have to give Baldwin Harbor Animal Hospital and all of the people there a big A+, they are very kind, compassionate and caring. They explain every single thing they are going to do, so nothing is left to chance. One thing I really like is they dont try to sell you on treatments or anything. We have a little Shih Tzu, that has allergies, but Dr. Dattner just tells you what is available and lets you make the decision about what you might decide to do. Would recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone who cares and loves their pets as much as we do.

I have been taking my fur babies to Baldwin Harbor Animal Hospital for over 25 years. The doctors and staff are so kind and conscientious...They treat me and my pets like family. The doctors spend time with each patient and answer any and all questions the owner might have and explain whatever procedures that are to be done. I have complete confidence in the doctors and staff and know my pets will be getting the best of care. As far as Im concerned, Baldwin Harbor Animal Hospital is the BEST!

Great doctor, wonderful office staff. Unfortunately soon after I brought my cat in, he had to be euthanized and when the office got wind of it I not only received a condolence phone call from the doctor herself, but condolence cards from them as well. I would definitely recommend them. They were caring and compassionate and answered any and all questions I might have had.

Caring doctors and caring personnel. After having some bad experience by working in the field of animal care, I couldnt be happier to find a place that really cares about your pet. I would never trust my pets to go any other place for veterinary care. I have had dogs and cats (all rescues) in my life for over fifty years. This place is the best ever.

Baldwin Harbor Animal Hospital is wonderful!!! We have been going there for 30+ yrs and have never had a negative experience. Dr. Dattner and Dr. Rudner are the most caring and professional vets you could ever hope to find. Their knowledge and experience are truly remarkable. I cant imagine my pets being treated anywhere else!!

My husband and I are new to the area, I feel we found a wonderful vet to take care of our two Australian Shepherds. Dr. McGowan took the time to review all the records from our previous vet to make sure my dogs got the best care. They were kind and knowledgeable, Im so happy to have found them.

Horrible. The office manager is extremely nasty. They charged me $184 to put my hamster to sleep and in the process lost 2 cat clients. Office manager is rude and inflexible. Its a shame because the vets are nice. She ruins the office.
