This by far IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! Do not let those "Great" experience reviews fool you! My daughter sat in the the chair for 3 hours and had to have her root canal redone! Clearly his staff is misinformed and not trained well I will not recommend this office to ANYONE I wouldnt reccommend​ this place to send my DOG! My daughter went in for a root canal 1 time and had to sit in the chair for 3 hours yestreday she went in again and the dr said she had to redo the root canal because she found another canal. My daughter sat in the chair for 4 hours for a root canal post and core and temp crown. When she came home from the appointmen​t and showed me what they had placed in her mouth as a temporary crown it was A BLOCK OF ARYCLIC! I spoke with the owner Dr Gelbart HIMSELF! he told me to come in and he would redo the crown. When I got there he stuck by the quality of work that was placed in my daughters mouth and had the nerve to insult me in front of my daughter. Now if that is not some profession​alism for you I dont know what is! Dr Gelbart and his staff is a JOKE. He porceeds to come in the room and talk about the implant case in the next room and how beautiful it is. I dont know about you people but who gonna want to go to get grade A dental care done in a office that accepts Medcaid and medicaid manage care? Why would anyone wanna pay out a pocket for services that others get for free? If you ask me I want the best of the best if I am gonna pay top dollar! Remember this people you get what you pay for if you want Flea Market prices and quality!

Starting with the second Kristen picked up the phone and assured me that she would do whatever she could to get me into the office, I knew I made the right choice by calling this office. I was desperate to be seen by a dentist as I was in tremendous pain and discomfort from a tooth I regrettably ignored. On top of that I was scheduled to leave for vacation in a few days ! As soon as I got to the office, which was clean and bright, I was greeted by Katarina at the front desk. Katarina saw the discomfort I was in and made sure to make the check in process as quick and simple as possible. Things only got better when I met the dentist Peter Lucchese. With no judgement he assured me he was going to do whatever he could to help me feel better and get me on my way so I could enjoy my vacation. Dr. Lucchese did what he could to be as gentle as possible as this was going to be an extraction and he talked me through the procedure. He checked in with me throughout the process tonsee how I was doing. He made me feel as comfortable as possible while at the dentist office. After everything was done Dr. Lucchese gave me his contact number in case of any problem I may run into over the weekend as well as calling me the next day "on a sunday" to check in. I have never been a fan of the dentist but with the unbelievable experience I have had at this office beginning with Kristen and Katarina right to the end with Dr. Lucchese, I fear no more. I highly recommend Dr. Lucchese and his professionl staff and Family Dental Group. I cannot thank them enough !!!

this place is just filled with crooks & have shady billing practices. they have someone with a language barrier attempting to explain the billing and make appointments, which doesnt help. so you feel like a jerk when you ask for someone you can actually understand. they prescribed an appliance for my husband, of which we had to pay $2000 out of pocket for. They made some tall claims for this appliance stating it would rid him of his headaches and change his bite, which they claimed would be beneficial. it did exactly nothing, and wouldnt you know? they didnt so much as make a follow-up call when it came time to stop using the appliance. now, as my husband is seeing a new (respectable) dentist they are telling all the things "Dr." Gelbart left out- like several fractured teeth, many cavities, a several other serious issues. he had to get a molar extracted at "family dental" and the only option this shady office offered was an implant. and they wanted $4000 cash up front to begin that process. unable to do it at the time they NEVER explained the consequences or alternatives. we would never recommend this chop-shop to anyone.

I have gone in for the first visit on April 13 Th ex Rays were taken and they were suppose to be sent in to my insurance to approve the dental work. I was told to give it 2-3 weeks and check in. I have called 2 weeks later and was told they havent heard from the insurance yet (the insurance said they sheet havent received any information from the dentist) I have give in them another week called again after 3 weeks and still hear that there is no information from the insurance. Neatless to say I went in the fallowing day found out the ex rays were NEVER send in and I waisted 3 whole weeks waiting. Horrible unprofessional office where I heard/saw a dentist scream and curse a patient out on the phone. STAY AWAY!!!

The experience of my first visit was awkward. First, the dental assistant requested assistance from fellow worker to take note on the gum line readings. These two individuals would giggle as the numbers where called out, maybe Im looking too deep into it; but that is unprofessional. Then when the Dr. came in, he didnt even introduce himself, it was like he wasnt dealing with a person. I understand it was the end of the business day but this is the job and hours he chose to work. I dont want to strike them out just because of a few rotten apple. The service wasnt bad it was just awkward, manners and professionalism should be maintained throughout the duration of your shift, even when youre in a crappy mood.

This is a great group of people. They can be a little disorganized - sometimes they get appt times wrong although they will accommodate you if theres a discrepancy. Once you get past that - this clinic is a great deal. Im on dental implant #3 and the quality of work is fantastic. Price is unbeatable. Staff is friendly and highly skilled. I get my regular dental checkups here as well, as do my children. These folks have saved me thousands and thousands of $$$. My smile looks great! Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for years for my four kids. All the dentists are professional and they do beautiful work. One of my kids had an accident and broke two teeth and Dr. Ayuko bonded them beautifully. We have seen almost all the dentists. Wait time differs so sometimes we do wait but nothing crazy. Once we needed to wait 30 minutes so we left and came back and they called our cell phone. The office staff is lovely and the office is clean. I definitely recommend them.
