WARNING Do not step foot in this place after having the type of experience i had. The brand new store front fooled me because eye glass places usually have a shady front in the Bronx. I was hasty to go in when i just obtain medical insurance recently and its my mistake i must learn now. soon as you walk in, the worker gives you a quick look but they carry on what they were doing i waited a good 15 min before i was greeted and attended. (I know anywhere else i wouldve left. i stood because i had plenty of time spend and its been a long time i had glasses that i needed but sadly now i know ). During the eye exam was fine the ophthalmologist did his job. After that they shown me four glasses for the insurance they had. i said to them no, this is a joke where are all your glass for insurance. soon as i was about to leave they called and said hey ill do you a favor. they pull some of the better glasses for me to choose. Okay i finally picked one. Then the lady tells me ohh the insurance doesnt cover the shave down. i asked the how much she told $150.00 at that time i wasnt sure again. this is steep i told them. (the moment needing to see clearly). i used my credit card and they charged me $175.00 without telling me she warp around the receipt so i wouldnt see it. as i left the store i looked at the receipt. i went back arguing and almost lost it. cause that was robbery what they did. they total refuse to even given me back the difference. not a refund was given. funny i have to go back there to pick up what i paid for and call Medicaid for what happen. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED. THEY ARE CONS!!!

If I can get this store a -0 I will they are just RUDE and they charge way to much I purchased with them a glasses almost 2 years ago and they took a year to provide me with my glasses, the lady that was there she was very nice but she got a better job every time I went to the optic they just left costumer there waiting more than an hour or so after, I decided to put a dispute the new manager SISI she told me that she will give me a sunglasses and 6 month of contact lenses she gave me the sunglasses and just a trail of contact she never gave the 6 month of contact lenses I didnt mention anything because I was just tired to dealing with her, May 31 2016 I went to the optic because I called her letting her now that my glasses broke immediately she said you dont have warranty I was like hello I paid 750 dollars for my glasses and I dont have warranty I dont mind paying I told her but this insane. I went to 3 different optic and they said it has warranty for a year my glasses broke she didnt took a min to see if she can help me in something. I contact the Cazal and they contact her she said I didnt went to the store so I went yesterday after the Cazal contact me, so I contact the Cazal back and they said that they are coverage is just the place that I am dealing with does not want to help me and I need to do it trough them SISI you go girl you are doing a great job to ruining youre job reputation and I dont have to say my name because you know who I am this is my last day trying to go to that store and I am going to buy a new one but first of you need to know how to deal with costumers this job is not for you.

I give this business no stars. Do not go here. Stay away at all cost. This business would not give me my original eyeglass prescription after I request it. This business is not professional in any way. Told me to go back to my doctor to get a new prescription. Would not help me. Did not give me explanation. Females working there looked like street prostitutes. Do not go. Stay away. Not a good business to deal with. I did not get any information about their business on the phone after I request it. Cheap frames and dirty South Bronx area location. Very dirty street in front. Two businesses working in the same store. DO NOT GO. This is a warning. May God bless you. If you go may God forgive you.

I went there after one year with glasses with my dad. When we got there, they said that we had to sit and wait even though we only needed to pick up 2 pairs of glasses. Then when they gave my dad his glasses, they werent tinted. He paid 30 dollars for tinted glasses and they didnt tint them. When my dad asked for a refund they said that they could not give him one. WTF? Then when they said they could tint in an hour. He didnt want to come back in an hour just to get terrible customer service. But we came back because my dad needed his glasses. When we came back they acted like nothing ever happened. The eye doctor is the only decent person around there

Worse eye care place ever :$ my mom went to get het eyes check and ended up buying two pair of classes for 1400 and she whent back the next day to talk to the person who sold her the eyes glasses because she was getting too many headaches, like every decent business they could have try to solve the problem by checking what was wrong with the glasses they gave my mom but in stead they wanted to give her a refund of 600 dollars but she needed to sing a paper saying she was satisfy with the glasses .... Wtf ... Let me make this clear this business is a fraud I will report this business with the department of consumer affairs

Worst place ever.the staff is rude,unprofessional and careless. You can be right in front of them and they ignored you. You pay for a service,wont get your product in the time frame they give you.and when you call they give you an attitude to get rid of you.Last year i was given the wrong prescription,i called to speak with the manager and she was very rude trying to force me to stay with the prescription or re pay for something they mess up.i gave them a chance,again waiting on week 3 for something the manager her self told me 1 week.never again !

Terrible mgr.""cc".She refused to give me the name of her supervisor.She has a $250 deposit of mines.Claim of non refunded purchase doesnt apply. Hell.Betyer business Bureau and channels 11 and 7 will get this story.Cc wasnt at work the day of the sale and will NOT honor what I was told by the sales person to me and will now make me search for the owner of this badly run corporate office. SHE -Cc refuses to pass the buck to her mgr. .This place is a dump. I am a senior citizen pass customer. The glasses was to cost $800. I will see you in court.

Yes, the wait is long, but the care is great. Went there 1st with my 98 yr old dad. He had a draw full of reading glasses and none ever worked from the get go. He decided to give this place a try and for the FIRST time had a pair of reading glasses that helped him focus. His insurance covered both exam and glasses. A few months later I went there. I could have paid an arm and a leg if I wanted designer frames, but I went will the frames my insurance company covered and have a fine pair of reading glasses at $0 cost.
