بعد التحيه الطيبه اتا اشكر جميع الطاقم الطبي وايضا الاداره باهتمامها المتاز جدا و الرائع و ايضا نشكر المكتب الدولي لجهوده الاكثر من رائعه مع المرضى و مرافيقنهم و اعطيهم في التقييم 100% لاكن هناك ملاحظه و هي مهمه جدا جدا = وهي السكن و كيف نحصل على السكن من واقع تجربتي و مسؤلة السكن في المستشفى سيئه للغايه ممكن تعملو استفتاء او تقييم للمرضى السعوديين هل هم راضين عنها..... تجربتي هي او قصتي هي !!!! سكن بعد مجيئي باسبوع في السكن الذي يبعد عن المستشفى حوالي 5 دقائق بالسيارة و لم يعجبني السكن بسبب الازعاج في الشارع و طلبت من مسؤلت السكن (شارون) بان اسكن في السكن القريب من المستشفى نظرا لحالت ابني الصحيه ولم تتعاون معي في المره الاولى وفي المره الثانيه قبل يومين او ثلاثه طلبت مقابلتها حيث ان زوجتي وبناتي سوف ياتون من السعوديه و ارغب بان احصل على شقه من المستشفى لانها الامن و الانسب للمريض و لعائلتي وشرحت لها ظروفي و ترجيتها لاكن رفضت رغم وجود اكثر من شقه فاضيه او لا يوجد بها احد !!!!!!!!!!!! سالت عن سبب الرفض قالت انت كنت ساكن في الشقه البعيده و خرجت لذا انا غير مرغوب فيني !!! بعدها حسيت ان شارون قلبها من حجر او صنم على هيئة انسان اشكر المكتب الدولي الذي يوفرلنا سبل الراحه الاخت ارين و الاخت ايناس كل الشكر و التقدير و استقبالهم الرائع للمرضى الدوليين و اشكر الطاقم الطبي من دكاتره و تمريض و اشكر الاداره و المسؤلين لاكن ارجو ان لا يهملو هذا الموضوع من اجل ( حسن التعاون لا يحتاج الي امكانيات ) والله الموفق

The entire Montefiore Medical System is a joke! I took my 3 year-old here because I woke up yesterday morning vomiting, so we went to Childrens Hospital at Montefiore. Do you know we arrived at 11AM and did not get discharged until 7:45PM! I thought Montefiore was supposed to be the Bronx equivalent of Manhattans Upper Eastside Weill Cornell. I was proved wrong once again. That pediatric emergency room was filled with children and parents just left in limbo and waiting, not being notified where their sick and hurt little ones fell in rotation. Instead you had nurses, doctors and hospital staff in the ER more concerned with checking their Facebook pages then caring for these young patients. I ended up emailing the CEO Steven Safyer while I was there, who must have called the Executive Director of the ER who then called me. Thats the only way my child got bumped up in rotation or we would have been waiting longer. As a matter of fact when we left, I saw a family still sitting and waiting to be called that had arrived when we arrived. Montefiore in my opinion should either (A) clean house and get rid of the staff, nurses and doctors who dont want to do their job or (B) shut down all together. There is no reasoning you can tell me that I had to have a 3 year-old siting in a ER for 8 hours on a Saturday. Thats ridiculous. I work in the medical field and at the most a ER visit from triage and registration to discharge should be 4 hours maximum. Something is drastically wrong at Montefiore and needs to be fixed immediately on how they care for patients.

NO PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM!!!! I cant believe that theres no patients waiting to be seen and my son was triaged at 5:45 a.m. He is throwing up and still has a high fever. As I am writing this at 8:00 a.m. I cant believe the doctor has not called us to be seen and not one patient has walked in yet to be TRIAGED!!!! So we have been all alone the entire time and security is sleeping at his chair and the Secretary who registered my son is watching music videos on her cell phone. This use to be such a wonderful hospital for children but now its disgusting. THIS HOSPITAL IS GETTING WORSE!!! Come on this is the Childrens Hospital at Montefiore!!! You can do better than this crap. By the way the shifts are now changing so I guess I have to wait longer to be seen!!! THANK YOU MONTEFIORE :-) UPDATE: Im still waiting for a throat culture that only takes 1 hour and I got it done at 5:50 a.m. the doctor treating my son told me that they time stamped the throat culture 7:45 a.m.!!!! It is now 10:30 a.m. another update: 10:33 a.m and I found out that my son has strep throat this is truly disgusting service and I will never go to this hospital again and advise all parents to think twice before taking your child here.

I brought my son to this ER twice within a week. The first time they gave him anti nausea medicine and he was able to hold down water. Several days later we returned and they realized he was dehydrated so they finally gave him fluids through an IV. I think they should have done this the first time we went in, and he possibly wouldnt have had to be admitted overnight and may have gotten better sooner. The nurses and doctors were all very nice. However, both parents were not allowed to stay overnight which was upsetting for us. Also, the room was filthy. With food all over the floor and on the pull out seat. The closets were also dirty. It seemed as if the room had not been cleaned in some time.

Never Again! The most unprofessional nursing staff i have encountered in my entire life, i mean all they do is crack jokes and laugh the whole time I had to wait 5 Hours! Just to be seen by a nurse while my daughter was extremely sick and then another 2 hours so that i can finally see a doctor, are you kidding me? Mind you theres people in the waiting room just sitting there not knowing when they would be called nobody comes out and checks on you they dont give a fuc* about you. Just sad sad service.

Its an amazing hospital but the operators suck omg when I say they suck its an understatement I am going to have surgery soon and I have lots of apoiment s and its a big hospital I call for directions and or to make an apoiment its soo bad there rude I believe they need new operators because the ones they have now dont know anything but the hospital itself its amazing and the doctors are amazing

Believe what the other people is saying.. Im still here from 430pm yesterday and its now 1030am all im here for is stomach pains that my preemie 3mth infant is having and they havent done anything for her, GOT DAMN...They said my baby was gonna get a room but nope we been in this damn hallway with a curtain and nasty ass people coughing and sneezing around my baby..im so upset

This hospital has saved my daughters life on more than one occasion. My daughter was born with a vert serious heart defect. She had to have open heart surgery when she was 3 week old. They did a fantastic job. God bless all of the doctors and nurses and the entire staff. You guys are absolutely amazing.

Until someones child dies in the emergency room, there will be no change in their operation. This is a horrible place to go in an emergency. If you have insurance, call an ambulance even if you dont really need it. Otherwise prepare to spend 5 hours with your sick child in your arms.

And my wife took my son for emergency since 2:30 PM and now its 8:44 PM and they still there they not finished yet this is unbelievable not even a in A Third World country this would happen I wish I could read them less than a one star but what is the minimum.
