Some staff members are not very friendly, I needed assistance to try on glasses and the lady who assisted me seemed very annoyed (I only choose 3 glasses to try on). Very crowded ! what is the point to make an appointment when you get seen almost 2 hrs later from your SCEDULED appointment time ?! The ophthalmologist did answer all of my questions and was very friendly. I would not return back, I purchased my glasses at Cohens in orchard street downtown Manhattan. Gave me a great deal and assisted a lot better. Sorry but not sorry !

Eye doctors are okay but, worst worst service ever in the pick up area B6! We had to wait just to pick up glasses, I signed my name and everything, the lady even skip my name and went straight to someone else name! I juet want to pick up my sons glasses what is the problem! She said the gentle was here before me when that was completely untrue! Very angry and upset with customer service and waiting time! Never again going to come here Yalena was the worst ever!

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! I got new prescription for my glasses and they only give you a month to change it if goes wrong, they call me to pick up my new glasses when the month was already over. I went back because the glasses made feel dizzy and give me headache every time I use them, the guy told me he couldnt do nothing about it and that I have pay again for another exam. This is a total waste of money and time!

They suck badly! Every single day Iv been here there is a form of incompetence going on. They didnt coordinate my mothers blood work and stuff and waited till day of surgery to tell us. We spent a good 6 hours for no reasons waiting for someone to talk to us about surgery date. Never seen a medical facility this horrible. Please if u have an alternative, take that! Anywhere is better than here. Im not even exaggerating!

This place has always been crowded and the staff has messed up with my billing, however the worst of it all is that my appt was scheduled for 9am Saturday, and they changed their hours without contacting me! Ive been standing outside their office for half an hour waiting to go in just to cancel this appointment because I have things to do. Please think twice before coming here.

My appointment was at 1, they took like an hour to call me. I just came to get my contacts. After I got checked, they were supposed to give me my contacts prescription, and took another hour for me to receive it. This is why I changed my eye doctor. They just play around with your personal time here, and thats absolutely ridiculous.

I just went there today, and honestly the worst. I waited 3 hours total. Plus the doctors LIE! They told me a good 4-5 hours with blurred vision. Its been 7 hours and I still have blurred vision. And it is way too crowded. Dont come here! Im warning you!

Love it they treat the Diabetic patients very well if you dont have diabetes you shouldnt go there and wait all those hours. At least 3 hours running thorough tests.
